    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to data processing technologies, and disclose a fingerprint data processing method and a processing apparatus. In some embodiments, the fingerprint data processing method includes: receiving a first ciphertext that carries fingerprint data; decrypting the first ciphertext to obtain the fingerprint data; identifying the fingerprint data and generating an identification result; encrypting the identification result and generating a second ciphertext that carries the identification result; and sending the second ciphertext. Some embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a fingerprint data processing apparatus. With some embodiments of the present disclosure, the fingerprint data can be transmitted in a ciphertext form, thereby ensuring the confidentiality of the fingerprint data, and improving the security of the fingerprint data.

    Abstract: An automatic optic inspection device and an inspection system for a display panel. The automatic optic inspection device includes: a housing including at least a top wall and a side wall, the side wall including a viewing port; a slide rail fixed on the housing near the top wall; and a camera slidably disposed below the slide rail. An optical axis of the camera passes through the viewing port. During the inspection, the camera is moved on the slide rails so that the camera is close to the stage of the lighting inspection machine and can perform automatic optic inspection of the display panel. When the automatic optic inspection device fails to inspect due to a fault, the camera can be moved along the slide rail so that the camera is moved away from the stage and manual inspection can take place while the inspection device is fixed.

    Abstract: A process flow for shrinking a critical dimension (CD) in photoresist features and reducing CD non-uniformity across a wafer is disclosed. A photoresist pattern is treated with halogen plasma to form a passivation layer with thickness (t1) on feature sidewalls, and thickness (t2) on the photoresist top surface where t2>t1. Thereafter, an etch based on O2, or O2 with a fluorocarbon or halogen removes the passivation layer and shrinks the CD. The passivation layer slows the etch such that photoresist thickness is maintained while CD shrinks to a greater extent for features having a width (d1) than on features having width (d2) where d1>d2. Accordingly, CD non-uniformity is reduced from 2.3% to 1% when d2 is 70 nm and is shrunk to 44 nm after the aforementioned etch. After a second etch through a MTJ stack to form MTJ cells, CD non-uniformity is maintained at 1%.

The object detection method acquires a current frame of a sequence of frames representing an image sequence, and extracts a feature map of the current frame. The extracted feature map is pooled with information of a pooled feature map of a previous frame to thereby obtain a pooled feature map of the current frame. An object is detected from the pooled feature map of the current frame. A dynamic vision sensor (DVS) may be utilized to provide the sequence of frames. Improved object detection accuracy may be realized, particularly when object movement speed is slow.
