    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a cap assembly for a secondary battery and a secondary battery. The cap assembly for the secondary battery includes a cap plate having an electrode lead-out hole; and a terminal assembly including a terminal board, a fixing member, a deformable sheet, a conductive sheet and an isolator, wherein the deformable sheet is attached to the terminal board; the conductive sheet includes a first portion provided between the terminal board and the cap plate; the terminal board is fixed to a side of the cap plate through the fixing member and covers the electrode lead-out hole, and the terminal board is electrically connected with the first portion through the deformable sheet; the deformable sheet is configured to deform to be electrically disconnected from the first portion in response to an increase in a pressure inside the secondary battery.

    Abstract: A protection circuit for use in an RF active circuit includes a signal strength detecting circuit, a current detecting circuit, a logic circuit, and a switching unit. The signal strength detecting circuit is coupled to the signal input end or the signal output end of the RF active circuit and configured to generate a first detecting signal according to the signal strength of the RF signal. The current detecting circuit is configured to detect the VSWR of the RF signal based on the driving current of the RF active circuit, thereby generating a corresponding second detecting signal. The logic circuit is configured to generate a switch control signal according to the first detecting signal and the second detecting signal. The switching unit is configured to lower the driving current of the RF active circuit according to the switch control signal.

The method further includes replacing the modified polysilicon structure with a gate structure having a first horizontal dimension of a first portion of the gate structure that is smaller than a second horizontal dimension of a second portion of the gate structure.

    Abstract: A torque sensor is provided that includes a deformable plate that includes an inner part and an outer part. The torque sensor may also include one or more elastic elements that connect the inner part and the outer part. The torque sensor may also include a transducer mounting plate that is rigidly connected to the inner part of the deformable plate. In certain embodiments, the elastic elements include at least one serpentine-shaped elastic element. In other embodiments, the elastic elements may include a beam structure. In some embodiments, the torque sensor includes a plurality of zeroing pins and zeroing pin slots which, when engaged, constrain the rotation of the torque sensor to a smaller zeroing range. In certain embodiments, the torque sensor may also include a plurality of hard stop pins that engage a stopping when an applied torque exceeds a predetermined threshold.
