Responsive to the alert mode being triggered, at least one predetermined performance parameter of the engine is monitored. Upon detecting a change in the at least one predetermined performance parameter beyond a predetermined threshold, at least one operating condition of the engine is altered.

    Abstract: A container and cap assembly has a container and a cap. The cap covers the container, and has an inner cover, a piston, a slider, and an outer cover. The piston is disposed in the inner cover, and is axially movable therein. The slider is mounted on the piston, and is radially movable to move the piston. The outer cover receives the inner cover, the piston, and the slider. The outer cover is rotated in a first direction to close the container, and is continuously rotated in the first direction to move the slider radially and reciprocatingly so as to move the piston axially and reciprocatingly. The piston is moved to exhaust air from the container to produce a vacuum or approximate vacuum in the container. Therefore, contents in the container are protected from moisture without a desiccant material.

When the driving member is moved from the unlocked position to a locked position, the first linking rod is driven by the driving member, so that the first linkage member is moved along a second direction, and the first engaged portion protrudes from the base. The structure may be configured to undergo a shape transformation when the apparatus hydrates. During the transformation, the film may transform from a flat film into a curved, 3D film. Which specific shape results from the transformation may depend, at least in part, on the initial orientation, thickness and density of the fiber strips. The film may include flavorings or other additives. In some cases, the transformation may change a texture of the structure. In some cases, the transformation may be caused, at least in part, by a change in temperature.

Subsequently, the specified application is delivered to one or more virtual machines and an application tunnel manager creates a new virtual network interface card (NIC) on the VM, corresponding to the delivered application. The newly created virtual NIC is attached to a specified subnet. The subnet may be a VPN transition network with a connection to a VPN gateway device. The subnet may have been previously defined or generated at the time of assigning the application to the VPN tunnel. Once the virtual NIC has been created on the VM, an OS script is executed to force the delivered application to use the newly created virtual NIC and to prevent users from changing the application and virtual NIC linkage.
