Abstract: A full bridge phase shifted power supply with synchronous rectification and current doubler and method for dynamically adjusting delay parameters thereof mainly have multiple delay parameter combinations respectively varying with multiple loads and embedded in a controller of the power supply. The delay parameter combinations serve to determine driving waveforms of two rectification switches of a synchronous rectification and current doubler circuit of the power supply. When the load of the power supply varies, the controller dynamically performs a corresponding delay parameter combination so as to vary the driving waveforms of the rectification switches of the synchronous rectification and current doubler circuit and enhance the operating efficiency of the power supply.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a light guide plate and ink thereof. The ink includes a base resin and a plurality of hollow structures. The hollow structures are dispersed in the base resin and comprise air therein. In the present invention, the hollow structures in the ink give the light guide plate higher light extraction efficiency.

Abstract: An arrangement method, applied to a plurality of gate driver modules coupled in series and arranged on two sides of a panel, includes steps of: placing a first gate driver module on a first side of the panel; placing a gate driver set on a second side of the panel; and placing a fourth gate driver module on the first side of the panel. The gate driver set includes a second gate driver module and a third gate driver module serially connected. The output terminal of the first gate driver module is electrically coupled to the second gate driver module and the output terminal of the third gate driver module is electrically coupled to the fourth gate driver module. A gate driver circuit and an arrangement method applied to a plurality of shift register sets coupled in series and arranged on two sides of a panel are also disclosed.

Abstract: A stereo widening system and associated signal processing algorithms are described herein that can, in several embodiments, widen a stereo image with fewer processing resources than existing crosstalk cancellation systems. These system and algorithms can advantageously be implemented in a handheld device or other device with speakers placed close together, thereby improving the stereo effect produced with such devices at lower computational cost. However, the systems and algorithms described herein are not limited to handheld devices, but can more generally be implemented in any device with multiple speakers.

Abstract: A heat pump laundry dryer and, more particularly, a heat exchanger that can provide improved efficiency for a heat pump laundry dryer is described. A refrigerant based heating system is used for both heating air to be supplied to a drum containing the articles and for cooling air from the drum so as to condense moisture contained therein. Heat exchange between the suction line supplying refrigerant to a compressor and an outlet line from a gas cooler is provided for improved thermal efficiency.

Abstract: A stove structure includes a stove body. The stove body has a heat source portion and a wall portion. The wall portion has an inner wall and an outer wall. The inner wall and the outer wall are connected by a plurality of cross-section conducting members. Between the inner wall, the outer wall and the cross-section conducting members is provided with a low conductivity coefficient member. The cross-section conducting members extend the heat conduction distance and decrease the contact area of heat conduction. The lower conductivity coefficient member and the cross-section conducting members lower the heat conduction rate. The temperature of the outer wall is lowered to a second temperature and the temperature in the heating portion of the stove body is kept at the first high temperature.

Abstract: A method for controlling a function is used for an electronic device. The electronic device includes a first sensor and a second sensor. In the method for controlling the function, a first determination result is generated by determining if a neighboring object neighboring to the electronic device belongs to a target species with assist of the first sensor. A second determination result is generated by determining if the neighboring object belongs to an exception species with assist of the second sensor. The function executed by the electronic device is adjusted according to the first determination result and the second determination result.

The method includes pre-defining a first pointing device command and a second pointing device command, which are not related to directional pointing control, in the computer device. In response to a first touch, the touch screen generates a first touch signal. The first pointing device invokes a command in response to the first touch signal. In response to a second touch different from the first touch, the touch screen generates a second touch signal. The second pointing device command is invokes in response to the second touch signal.

Abstract: An electronic book reader includes a text obtaining module, a text analysis module, a speech synthesis module, a control module, and an audio output device. The text obtaining module is used for obtaining a selected segment of a text. The text analysis module is used for analyzing a time phrase of the selected segment to obtain a waiting time period according to meaning of the time phrase in the selected segment. The speech synthesis module is used for converting the selected segment into speech. The control module is used for sending the content of the selected segment to the speech synthesis module. Wherein the control module waits for the waiting time period after sending the time phrase to the speech synthesis. The audio output module is used for playing the speech.

Abstract: A transflective liquid crystal display panel includes a substrate, a gate electrode, a reflective electrode, a first insulating layer, a patterned semiconductor layer, a source electrode, a drain electrode, a patterned reflective layer, a second insulating layer, and at least a transmissive pixel electrode. The gate electrode and the reflective electrode are both formed by a first patterned conductive layer, and the source electrode, the drain electrode, and the patterned reflective layer are both formed by a second patterned conductive layer. Furthermore, a plurality of contact holes are formed in the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer. Moreover, the transmissive pixel electrode is filled into the contact holes to be electrically connected with the drain electrode, the reflective electrode, and the patterned reflective layer, respectively.

Abstract: An approach is provided for a leash for leashing animals. The leash comprises a strap, an auxiliary loop, a handgrip loop and a snap buckle. The strap reeves a first snap hook at a first end of the leash, which forms an upper-layer belt and a lower-layer belt. The first snap hook is used for attaching to an animal's collar. The auxiliary loop is connected to the lower-layer belt at a second end of the leash and having a ring surrounded the upper-layer belt. The handgrip loop is connected to the upper-layer belt at the second end of the leash. The snap buckle is connected to the auxiliary loop and the handgrip loop, and is configured to release the lower-layer belt selectively toward the upper-layer belt through the first snap hook. Thus, the leash provides the advantage of positive control of the length in a simple fashion.

A first insulating layer is formed on the first patterned conductive layer and the substrate. A patterned semiconductor layer is formed on the first insulating layer. A second patterned conductive layer is formed on the first insulating layer and the patterned semiconductor layer to form a source/drain electrode and a patterned reflective layer. A second insulating layer is formed on the second patterned conductive layer and the first insulating layer. Contact holes are formed in the first and the second insulating layer. A transmissive pixel electrode is formed and filled into the contact holes to be electrically connected respectively to the drain electrode, the reflective electrode, and the patterned reflective layer.
