    Abstract: An LED base module includes a substrate and several driving units disposed on the substrate. Each driving unit includes a circuit layer, a separating wall, an LED driving component, a packaging member, and two electrodes. The circuit layer, the separating wall, and the electrodes are disposed on the substrate. A portion of the substrate corresponding to each driving unit is provided with an LED area and an electronic component area defined by the separating wall. The LED driving component is disposed on a portion of the circuit layer arranged in the electronic component area. The packaging member is formed on the electronic component area to entirely cover the LED driving component. A portion of the circuit layer arranged in the LED bonding area is used to bond to an LED chip, and the separating wall is configured to separate the LED chip and the LED driving component.

In one aspect, a pipeline circuit is disclosed. The pipeline circuit includes a first pipeline stage and a second pipeline stage. The first pipeline stage is configured to store a first bit set and to generate a first charge current representing the first bit set. The second pipeline stage includes a first GSHE MTJ element. The first GSHE MTJ element is configured to set a first bit state for the first logical operation, and has a first threshold current level. The first GSHE MTJ element is configured to generate a first GSHE spin current in response to the first charge current. In this manner, the first GSHE MTJ element is also configured to perform the first logical operation on the first bit set.

    Abstract: A method for applying accuracy compensation to a rotating measuring machine, a rotatable angular range of the machine is divided into sub-ranges. Each of the sub-ranges is selected, and the rotating measuring machine is rotated to an angle within the selected sub-range. After rotating, images of a working platform of the rotating measuring machine are captured to generate a point cloud. An initial plane is fitted according to the point cloud, and then an actual plane of the working platform is computed according to the initial plane, by iteration. An ideal plane of the working platform is obtained in CAD models of the rotating measuring machine, to compute a deviation angle between vectors of the actual plane and the ideal plane. When the deviation angle is less than a predetermined angle, the selected sub-range and the deviation angle are recorded into a form of a compensation report.

A target layer is etched using the first, the second, the fourth, and the fifth mandrels and the vertical portions of the spacer layer as an etching mask, with trenches formed in the target layer. The trenches are filled with a filling material.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an etchant which is a reaction product of sulfuric acid and ammonium persulfate, wherein the concentration of the ammonium persulfate is 1˜25%, the concentration of the sulfuric acid is 98%. The etchant is produced by adding the ammonium persulfate into the sulfuric acid at a temperature of 100 to 200 degree Celsius. According to the present invention, the ammonium persulfate substitute the conventional oxidizing agent of hydrogen peroxide. Since the ammonium persulfate is in a powder form, the operation becomes more convenient. Furthermore, since sulfuric acid is formed as a by-product instead of water, the etchant will not be diluted after being used for many times, which reduces the production cost.
