    Abstract: There is provided a method of profiling a microbiotic composition of a sample comprising the nucleic acid molecules of the microbiotic composition, the method comprising a) partitioning the sample in a sufficient number of partitions such that at least a portion of the partitions comprises no more than one nucleic acid molecule of the microbiotic composition; b) contacting the partitions of the sample to a plurality of mismatch-tolerant probes that are capable of binding to the nucleic acid molecules or parts thereof under suitable conditions; c) determining signals generated by each of the plurality of mismatch-tolerant probes in each partition; and d) establishing the microbiotic composition in the sample based on the signals. Also disclosed is a method of determining a health and kits for uses in the methods as described herein.

An elastomer interface layer, which is formed by thermoplastic elastomers, is arranged between at least two adjacent functional layers in the organic solar cell, or, the upper and lower interfaces of at least one functional layer have an enrichment layer formed by enrichment of thermoplastic elastomers. The method includes: arranging an elastomer interface layer at least two adjacent functional layers, or, enriching thermoplastic elastomers at the upper and lower interfaces of at least one functional layer to form an enrichment layer. According to the present application, the thermoplastic elastomers enriched at the interfaces, or the thermoplastic elastomers used as interface layers alone serve as glue between functional layers. The method is simple in process, large in doping window, and small in thickness dependence when independent film formation.

The front surface includes a plurality of pyramid structures, the rear surface includes a plurality of grooves, and some of the plurality of grooves are sequentially arranged along one arrangement direction. The solar cell includes a passivation layer formed over the front surface, a tunneling dielectric layer formed over the rear surface, and a doped conductive layer formed over the tunneling dielectric layer. Embodiments of the present disclosure at least help improve the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the solar cell by changing a morphology of the rear surface of the N-type silicon substrate.

    Abstract: A transfer method for micro flip chips includes forming a first bonding member on a surface of one side of a second electrical connection piece of each of a plurality of micro flip chips facing away from a temporary substrate to which they are adhered. The micro flip chips are transferred onto a drive substrate. The second electrical connection pieces of the micro flip chips are connected to a corresponding one of first electrical connection pieces of the drive substrate via the first bonding members. The micro flip chips are inspected to determine bad point positions of defective chips on the drive substrate. The first bonding member is irradiated at each bad point position by laser and the defective chip is removed. The method ensures stable bonding between the micro flip chips and the drive substrate and prevents the first electrical connection pieces from being damaged by laser irradiation.

    Abstract: A method for reducing the risk of burning and explosion in a deoxygenation process of an oxygen-containing gas includes multiple steps. According to this method, in the presence of a gaseous alkane, hydrogen reacts with an oxygen-containing gas from which an unsaturated hydrocarbon has been removed. The oxygen-containing gas contains the oxygen and the unsaturated hydrocarbon, and the content of the oxygen in the oxygen-containing gas is greater than 0.5% by volume. A gaseous alkane is introduced to reduce the risk of burning and explosion of a mixed gas. A hydrocatalytic reaction is carried out to promote oxygen in the mixed gas to react with hydrogen to produce water, which removes oxygen from the oxygen-containing gas and also effectively inhibits carbon deposition on the surface of a catalyst and the production of a carbon oxide, which enhances the toleration for fluctuation of the oxygen content in a raw gas.
