    Abstract: The present invention relates to compositions and uses of novel high penetration compositions or high penetration prodrugs (HPP), in particular HPPs for non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents (NSAIAs), which are capable of crossing biological barriers with high penetration efficiency. The HPPs herein are capable of being converted to parent active drugs or drug metabolites after crossing the biological barrier and thus can render treatments for the conditions that the parent drugs or metabolites can. Additionally, due to the ability of penetrating biological barriers, the HPPs herein are capable of reaching areas that parent drugs may not be able to access or to render a sufficient concentration at the target areas and therefore render novel treatments. The HPPs herein can be administered to a subject through various administration routes.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A communication device, otherwise known as a user equipment (UE) may receive a downlink control information (DCI) message including an indication to enable discontinuous monitoring of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH). The UE may enable the discontinuous monitoring of the PDCCH based on the received DCI message, and disable monitoring of the PDCCH during a temporal period in which at least one of physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) reception, downlink reference signal monitoring, uplink reference signal transmissions, and channel reporting is enabled. The UE may thereby experience power saving by disabling monitoring of the PDCCH while still performing other wireless operations during the temporal period. The UE may, as a result, also include features for improvements to wireless communications and, in some examples, may promote high reliability and low latency wireless communications, among other benefits.

The hydrophilic membrane gate may be used to isolate hydrophobic regions, one related to polychalcogenide ion(s) and another related to a hydrophobic electrolyte system. The hydrophilic membrane gate may prevent polychalcogenide from forming, and may provide control of undesirable parasitic mass transport and undesirable electron transport inside a chalcogen-based battery, and thereby allow the battery to cycle at a high specific capacity with a long cycling life. If desired, the immobilized chalcogen system or body may be employed in a cathode of a rechargeable battery.

    Abstract: This application provides a radio resource control (RRC) message sending method and an apparatus. According to the method, a distributed unit (DU) determines not to start an RLC polling mechanism when sending an RRC message to a terminal device, so that when sending the RRC message to UE, the DU sets a polling bit in a header of an RLC PDU carrying the RRC message to be in an inactive state. Therefore, after receiving the RRC message, the terminal device does not feed back an RLC status report to the DU. Therefore, the terminal device does not need to initiate a random access procedure to obtain an uplink transmission resource for sending the RLC status report to the DU, thereby saving random access resources.

Based on the routed write operations, bits associated with data blocks affected by the write operations are changed in the tracking bitmap.
