The method includes: detecting state information of a first object; if the state information indicates that the first object appears or disappears, determining whether a trigger condition is satisfied according to the state information; and if the trigger condition is satisfied, transforming display of a second object according to a trigger event corresponding to the trigger condition, where the second object is independent of the first object.

Abstract: Systems and methods for determining available current for a battery in a portable electronic device. One method includes, in response to determining that a received current level of an auxiliary supply rail is equal to or below a predetermined threshold, acquiring a plurality of unloaded voltages for the battery and calculating an unloaded voltage based on the unloaded voltages. The method includes activating a switchable load coupled between the battery and ground, acquiring a plurality of loaded voltages for the battery, and calculating a loaded voltage based on the loaded voltages. The method includes calculating an impedance for the battery based on the unloaded and loaded voltages and an impedance for the switchable load. The method includes determining a current budget based on the impedance, a minimum operating voltage, and a maximum allowable current draw, and adjusting an operating parameter of the portable electronic device based on the current budget.

Abstract: Method of scrambling signals, transmission point device, and user equipment using the method are provided. The method includes: sending an ID table to a user equipment through higher layer signaling, the ID table being a subset of the whole ID space and containing available IDs for the user equipment; notifying the user equipment an ID in the ID table to be used through physical layer signaling or UE specific higher layer signaling; generating a random seed based on the notified ID; initializing a scrambling sequence by the random seed; and scrambling the signals with the initialized scrambling sequence. The method of the disclosure, by combining physical layer signaling and higher layer signaling, may notify the used group ID and the blind detection space to a UE, wherein the blind detection for the UE is enabled and the signaling overhead is reduced.

Abstract: A system and method for routing of 5G mobile data traffic along a routing path in an Internetwork Packet Exchange (IPX) network having requisite Quality of Service (QoS). A proxy is deployed in the IPX network to intercept Session Create request and response messages exchanges between the home network and the visited network. The routing platform extracts Single-Network Slice Selection Assistance Information (S-NSSAI) attribute and uses this attribute and the geographic locations of the visited network and the home network to select a routing path in the IPX network having requisite QoS for the network slice use case. The routing platform uses layer-3 routing technique to anchor User Plane Function (UPF) Proxies deployed at different routing paths in the IPX network. Alternately, the routing platform uses layer-2 routing technique, with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) controller and SDN-switches to route traffic via the selected routing path in the IPX network.

Abstract: An interactive method for generating strokes with Chinese ink painting style, includes steps: obtaining an image including a pattern as an image object; obtaining a delimiting operation delimiting at least one stroke sample on a pre-stored ink painting sample, obtaining a basic outline forming a preliminary basic path of a stroke to be generated and drawn by a user on the image object; correcting stroke outlines in the stroke sample to obtain accurate stroke samples as candidate stroke samples; using the candidate stroke samples as references to generate morphological sample groups; correcting the preliminary basic path to obtain an accurate basic path; selecting morphological samples best matching the accurate basic path in the morphological sample groups as final stroke samples; and mapping style features of the final stroke samples onto the accurate basic path to generate an output image with Chinese ink painting style.

Abstract: A method for displaying Point of Interest (POI) information for a vehicle, includes: obtaining a digital map; obtaining localization information of the vehicle; obtaining coordinate information of the POI and type information of the POI from the digital map; receiving reality image data from a camera mounted on the vehicle; transforming the coordinate information of the POI from a coordinate system of the digital map to a coordinate system of the camera; generating a guide sign indicating the POI in the coordinate system of the camera based on the coordinates information of the POI transformed to the coordinate system of the camera and the type information of the POI; and superimposing the guide sign indicating the POI on the image data received from the camera.

Abstract: In various embodiments, methods and systems for implementing a distributed metadata management system in distributed storage systems are provided. A distributed storage system operates based on data storage resources (e.g., extents and streams). The distributed metadata management system is implemented for extent and stream metadata to facilitate the scalability of metadata processing. The distributed storage system implements extent managers and stream managers that independently manage extent and stream metadata, respectively. The extent managers are associated with an extent table that stores extent metadata. The stream managers are associated with streams that store associations with extents. The distributed metadata management system can also utilize a bootstrap layer that leverages components of a legacy distributed storage system to facilitate distributed management of extent and stream metadata.

Abstract: The present application discloses handover methods and apparatuses. One specific embodiment of the handover method comprises receiving a handover request message from a source base station by a target base station; determining whether to add a secondary base station for setting up a dual-connectivity for a user equipment (UE) according to the handover request message; and performing a handover operation and a dual-connectivity setup operation in response to the determination of adding the secondary base station. The dual-connectivity can be set up for the UE during the handover in the embodiments.

Abstract: An image clustering method and apparatus, an electronic device, and a storage medium are provided. The method includes: obtaining a face feature and an attribute feature of each image in an image set; performing clustering processing on the image set by using a similarity of the face feature of each image in the image set to obtain at least one first class group, images included in each first class group being predicted images including a same object; determining a similarity matrix for each first class group by using the face features and the attribute features of the images in each first class group; and re-clustering the images in each first class group based on the similarity matrix corresponding to each first class group and the face features of the images in each first class group to obtain at least one second class group, images in the second class group being optimized predicted images having a same object.

Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a data transmission method, a communications device, and a storage medium to reduce a quantity of cross-connections of an intermediate node in a network. In the embodiments of this application, Q first code block streams that are obtained are multiplexed into one second code block stream for transmission, a coding type of the first code block streams is M1/N1 bit coding, a coding type of the second code block stream is M2/N2 bit coding, and bits corresponding to code blocks in the Q first code block streams are carried in a payload area of a code block in the second code block stream. In other words, in the solutions provided by the embodiments of this application, the code block streams are multiplexed and demultiplexed based on a code block granularity.

The method includes: obtaining audio data currently collected by an electronic device through an audio-video interface on a hardware abstraction layer of the electronic device; performing noise reduction processing on the collected audio data to generate audio data to be detected; performing wake-up phrase detection on the audio data to be detected to determine whether the audio data to be detected includes a wake-up phrase; and performing wake-up processing on the electronic device in response to determining that the audio data to be detected comprises the wake-up phrase.

Abstract: Determining a device's location in a space in real time is computing intensive. To offload some of the workload in conducting this hyperlocation, the access points in the network conduct some of process in determining the location of a device. The cloud determines a restricted AoA search area based on previous client locations. After this determination, a three-dimensional (3D) AoA search is conducted by each AP in the restricted area (restricted by a range of azimuth directions) for a device. Finally, each AP reports a location(s) for the device, which comprises weights for selected angular sectors. The cloud can then construct a probability heat map for location computation from the weights provided from each AP for the device.
