The user or owner of the protected object can dynamically create a security perimeter by using key ID tag and object ID tag pair. An object ID tag is either embedded in or attached to a protected object. A key ID tag, which is in a handheld device, has protection to prevent unauthorized scan. The object ID tag information can only be obtained from key ID tag using preprogrammed algorithm. The area security system will be armed after reading and validating a key ID tag scanned by the user. If anyone takes protected object with object ID tag out of the area without proper key ID tag authentication, alarm will be triggered.

A shallow trench isolation structure is formed by deposition, planarization, and recessing or an oxygen permeable dielectric material. An oxygen impermeable spacer is formed around each stack of a silicon germanium alloy fin and an oxygen impermeable cap. A thermal oxidation process is performed to convert a lower portion of each silicon germanium alloy fin into a silicon germanium oxide. During the thermal oxidation process, germanium atoms diffuse into unoxidized portions of the silicon germanium alloy fins to increase the germanium concentration therein.

The cap, frame and contact structure is fitted on the substrate with the caps extending over corresponding dies, the frame corner elements extending over the substrate corner elements, and the sets of electrical contact elements disposed in the slots. The dies are connected electrically with the electrical contact elements and the assembly is encapsulated and singulated. Singulating removes the frame elements.

In the ELISpot experiment, by utilizing the obtained polypeptide fragment, stimulate the effector T-cell in the NMO disease to secrete IL-4, proving the feasibility and scientific value of that polypeptide fragment in the NMO diagnosis. This method is with strong specificity, high sensitivity and easy operations, and it can be developed into the diagnosis kit for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of NMO in the clinical examination, laying the foundation for the early discovery and treatment of NMO.
