    Abstract: This application provides a random access method, an apparatus, and a system, which are applied to the field of communication technologies. The random access method provided in this application includes: First, a terminal device obtains first configuration information, where the first configuration information indicates a maximum quantity of repeated sending times of a preamble, and the maximum quantity of repeated sending times of the preamble is greater than 200. Then, the terminal device sends one or more preambles to a network device based on the first configuration information. According to the method, a current maximum quantity of repeated sending times of the preamble is extended, so that a decoding threshold for decoding the preamble by the network device is reduced, and a low uplink budget requirement of some scenarios can be met.

The techniques may involve obtaining, using one or more light detectors disposed on the headset, information indicative of light reflected from one more structures within the head, wherein a portion of the obtained information spans a time period during which the user was holding their breath. The techniques may involve based on the obtained information, determining one or more cerebral blood metrics. The techniques may involve providing a representation of the one or more cerebral blood metrics as input to a trained machine learning model, and determining a likelihood the user will experience a stroke over a predetermined future time period based on an output of the trained machine learning model.

    Abstract: Present invention teaches the method of using a keratin hydrolysis peptide (“KHP”) solution to enhance tomato plant's growth and production yield in hot weather. By selectively choosing specific weights of feathers and water, and treating the mixture to a high-temperature high-pressure hydrolysis process, the resulting solution is confirmed to contain at least 253 peptides and then infused to the soil in which the tomato seedlings/plants are planted; the solution can also be sprayed to the leaf surface of tomato plants. Optionally, the KHP solution can be diluted by water, as disclosed in the specification, for applying to the soil around the tomato seedlings/plants and for spraying to leaf surface of tomato plants.

    Abstract: A folding joint for frames and worktables composed of a control portion and a joint portion is provided. The control portion includes a base provided with a moveable slot and a shaft inserted through the moveable slot. Two ends of the shaft are connected with a moveable seat and a hook correspondingly.     Abstract: In some embodiments, a mesh encoder encodes a dynamic mesh with efficient geometry coding. The encoder normalizes and integerizes the coordinates of vertices of a mesh frame. The encoder segments the integerized coordinates for the vertices into 3D sub-blocks, each 3D sub-block containing at least one vertex and local coordinates of vertices in each 3D sub-block having a value range fitting into a video bit depth. For each 3D sub-block, the encoder converts coordinates of a vertex inside the 3D sub-block to a local coordinate system of the 3D sub-block and maps each vertex inside the 3D sub-block to a corresponding 2D patch in a geometry component image that represents the mesh frame. The encoder compresses the geometry component image to generate a geometry component bitstream and further generates the coded mesh bitstream for the dynamic mesh by including the geometry component bitstream.
