    Abstract: A method of performing a camera to ground alignment for a camera system on a vehicle. The method includes determining if enabling conditions have occurred and estimating a location of a vanishing point in a source image. Ground lines are selected based on a source image. A lane line detection is performed based on clustering of the ground lines to determine lane lines in the source image. At least one of pitch, yaw, or roll of the vehicle are estimated from the source image. A cost function based on estimates of pitch, yaw, and roll is minimized to obtain an optimal pitch value, an optimal yaw value, an optimal roll value, and lane lines from the source image. A sliding window-based refinement is performed on source images. Alignment results are broadcast to a downstream application or it is determined if the camera system on the vehicle is misaligned.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of special electronic gases, in particular to a method for purifying electronic-grade boron trichloride. The method includes the following steps: (S.1), filling an adsorption composition into adsorbers; (S.2), vacuumizing the adsorbers to remove air from the adsorbers, and then introducing a high-purity boron trichloride gas; and (S.3), introducing a boron trichloride feed gas into the adsorbers, such that the boron trichloride feed gas is in contact with the adsorption composition, and collecting a gas flowing out of the adsorbers to obtain an electronic-grade boron trichloride gas. According to the present disclosure, coordination formed between hydrogen chloride impurities and boron trichloride can be eliminated effectively, thereby improving adsorption and purification effects of the boron trichloride.

The gate formation tool is also configured to partially remove the sacrificial gate structure using the picked etching recipe to form a gate trench for filling the replacement gate structure therein. A portion of the sacrificial gate structure remains in the gate trench, and the series of etching recipes differ at least in a size of the remaining portion of the sacrificial gate structure.

    Abstract: Within many applications impulse radio based ultra-wideband (IR-UWB) transmission offers significant benefits for very short range high data rate communications when compared with existing standards and protocols. In many of these applications the main design goals are very low power consumption and very low complexity design for easy integration and cost reduction. Digitally programmable IR-UWB transmitters using an on-off keying modulation scheme on a 0.13 microns CMOS process operating on 1.2V supply and yielding power consumption as low as 0.9 mW at a 10 Mbps data rate with dynamic power control are enabled. The IR-UWB transmitters support new frequency hopping techniques providing more efficient spectrum usage and dynamic allocation of the spectrum when transmitting in highly congested frequency bands. Biphasic scrambling is also introduced for spectral line reduction.

    Abstract: This application relates to a method and an apparatus for determining a root-cause defect, and a storage medium. The method includes: obtaining a layout of a chip and diagnosis information of a defect in the chip; determining first feature information based on the layout and the diagnosis information; and determining, based on the first feature information by using a neural network model. With the described technology, both a design defect and a manufacturing defect of a chip can be considered, so that inference for a root cause is more comprehensive. In addition, an interaction relationship between complex root causes can be considered, so that a root-cause defect determined through inference is more accurate. In this way, assistance can be better provided in subsequent improvement of a chip-related design or a manufacturing technique, to reduce an increase in costs caused by a low yield rate.

A first compensator produces a first motor input based on a position error and in accordance with a position control law, and a second compensator produces a second motor input based on the position error and in accordance with an impedance control law.     Abstract: A method for switching audio reception in a video conference and a video conferencing system are provided. In a case of starting the video conference, relative positions of participants in a conference space and behavioral events of participants are obtained by identifying a video signal. Based on the behavioral event of each participant, whether each participant is in a non-speaking behavior is determined. When a participant is determined to be a non-speaker in the non-speaking behavior, an audio reception range of an audio reception device is adjusted to filter a voice of the non-speaker based on the relative position of the non-speaker in the conference space. When a participant is determined to be a speaker not in the non-speaking behavior, the audio reception range of the audio reception device is adjusted to receive a voice of the speaker based on the relative position of the speaker in the conference space.
