The method includes transmitting a first random access preamble utilising a first antenna arrangement and transmitting a second random access preamble utilising a second antenna arrangement, wherein the first random access preamble and the second random access preamble are transmitted on different frequency resources. The disclosure also pertains to related devices and methods.

Abstract: An esterification method for improving the dispersibility of a hydroxyl-containing nano-material is disclosed herein. The method comprises: S1, thoroughly stirring and uniformly mixing a hydroxyl-containing nano-material precursor and an organic solvent to obtain a mixture; S2, heating and fully pre-reacting the mixture in step S1; and S3, adding an acyl halide to the solution which is heated and fully pre-reacted in step S2, and then further reacting same to finally obtain a surface-modified hydroxyl-containing nano-material.

Abstract: Systems and methods for enhanced power control at a user equipment (UE) under poor channel conditions respective to antenna transmit diversity (ATD) mechanisms are discussed herein. In some embodiments, a UE may reset a transmit power control (TPC) power adjustment value when an ATD antenna switch of the ATD mechanism is performed. In some embodiments, a UE may reduce the value of an ATD hysteresis timer upon determining that a reference signal receive power (RSRP) change on a monitored reference signal that drives a pathloss calculation at the UE exceeds a threshold. In some embodiments, a UE may scale a filtering coefficient of a pathloss calculation mechanism upon determining that an RSRP change on a monitored reference signal that drives a pathloss calculation at the UE exceeds a threshold.

Abstract: A monitoring system includes a reference station, a mobile station, a plurality of integrated sensing units, and a server. The reference station is configured to provide fixed reference coordinates to the server. The mobile station transmits multi-frequency electromagnetic wave signals to the integrated sensing units. Based on water depth and position information detected by sensors of the integrated sensing units in combination with information of electromagnetic wave signals as well as a propagation distance and time, displacement information of the integrated sensing units can be obtained. The data is transmitted to the mobile station, which further transmits the data to the server, to accomplish monitoring for the reservoir landslide water-level-fluctuation zone. Automated monitoring is achieved and the monitoring cycle covers the entire deformation and evolution phases of landslides.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide for text normalization or inverse text normalization using a hybrid language system that combines rule-based processing with neural or learned processing. For example, a hybrid rule-based and neural approach identifies semiotic tokens within a textual input and generates a set of potential plain-text conversions of the semiotic tokens. The plain-text conversions are weighted and evaluated by a trained language model that rescores the plain-text conversion based on context to identify a highest scoring plain-text conversion for further processing within a language system pipeline.

Abstract: Disclosed is a coaxial speaker, including a magnetic circuit system, and two sounding units respectively arranged on the upper and lower sides of the magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system includes a bottom plate, a first magnetic unit including a first magnet and a first yoke, and a second magnetic unit including a second magnet, a second yoke, a third magnet, and a fourth magnet. The second yoke includes an annular plate sandwiched between the second and third magnets, and a hollow protrusion extending to a first through hole of the bottom plate. The third magnet covers a second through hole of the annular plate. The fourth magnet is fixed to the third magnet and contained inside the hollow protrusion. The coaxial speaker is simple and compact in structure, reduces the cost, and can also be used as a receiver with a reverse phase silencer.

Abstract: Computerized systems and methods are provided that utilize a machine learning model to predict anomalies for a radio access network site device and taking corrective action. After a radio access network site device has received a software update, key performance indicators are extracted from the data from the radio access network site device. The key performance indicators are utilized with an anomaly risk model to determine if one or more of the key performance indicators exceeds a baseline threshold for the one or more radio access network devices. Responsive to the one or more key performance indicators exceeding a baseline threshold, a corrective action is initiated modifying the one or more radio access network devices.

According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a terminal device transmits, to a network device, capability information indicating a capability of the terminal device to relax an evaluation of a radio link quality. The terminal device receives, from the network device, a relaxation configuration for relaxing the evaluation. The terminal device performs the evaluation using a relaxed evaluation period determined based on the relaxation configuration. The relaxed evaluation period is longer than a normal evaluation period without relaxing the evaluation.
