The process chamber is provided with a base assembly and a bias guide assembly. A target is arranged at a top of the process chamber. The base assembly is arranged at a bottom of the process chamber and is configured to support a wafer carrier, drive the wafer carrier to move, and heat the wafer carrier. The bias guide assembly is arranged at the base assembly and configured to support the wafer carrier. The bias guide assembly is electrically in contact with the wafer carrier. The bias power supply assembly is electrically connected to the bias guide assembly and configured to apply a bias voltage to the wafer carrier through the bias guide assembly.

The first vibration system locates coaxially with the second vibration system. The first vibration system includes a first diaphragm and a first voice coil. The magnetic circuit system includes a first magnetic gap and a second magnetic gap. The first circuit board is a flat shape and electrically connected to the first voice coil. The first circuit board abuts against a surface of the first voice coil away from the first diaphragm. The arrangement of the first circuit board can increase the amplitude of the first voice coil, and the coaxial speaker can also realize the function of a receiver.

The solar cell includes a silicon substrate, and the silicon substrate includes a front surface and a back surface arranged opposite to each other. P-type conductive regions and N-type conductive regions are alternately arranged on the back surface of the silicon substrate. Front surface field regions are located on the front surface of the silicon substrate and spaced from each other. The front surface field regions each corresponds to one of the P-type conductive regions or one of the N-type conductive regions. At least one front passivation layer is located on the front surface of the silicon substrate. At least one back passivation layer is located on surfaces of the P-type conductive regions and N-type conductive regions.

Abstract: A capsule endoscope image recognition method based on deep learning, and a device and a medium is provided. After a plurality of frames of continuously captured images are processed to form an image sequence of a specific format, multi-channel recognition is performed on the plurality of frames of images by means of a 3D convolutional neural network model, and a recognition result is then output in combination with a recognition probability of each channel, such that the image recognition precision is improved.

Abstract: Disclosed are a fully human broad-spectrum neutralizing antibody against coronavirus, and the use thereof. Specifically disclosed are a fully human monoclonal antibody against an S2 region of coronavirus S protein, a nucleic acid sequence encoding the antibody, and a preparation method therefor. The antibody can effectively bind to and neutralize a variety of coronaviruses in a broad spectrum manner, and can be used for preventing and treating diseases related to coronavirus infection, such as SARS-CoV-2. Further disclosed is the potential use thereof in vaccine design.

In one example, a first terminal device obtains a first time interval and a second time interval, and preempts or determines not to preempt a first resource according to a first preset rule. The first resource is a resource reserved by a second terminal device or a resource reserved for a first service to be transmitted by the first terminal device. The first time interval is a time interval related to the first resource. The second time interval is used to indicate a preemption forbidden time. The first preset rule is determined based on the first time interval and the second time interval.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses are described for intelligent imputation of missing data in a machine learning (ML) dataset comprised of a plurality of features. Each feature includes a plurality of values, where at least a portion of the values for one or more features are missing. A server analyzes the ML dataset to generate characteristics of the missing values in the ML dataset. The server selects an imputation algorithm for filling in the missing values based upon the identified characteristics. The server determines a computing environment in which the imputation algorithm is executed based upon one or more of a size of the ML dataset or the selected algorithm. The server generates code that comprises instructions for executing the imputation algorithm on the ML dataset in the computing environment. The server integrates the code into an ML platform that executes the code to assign replacement values to the missing values.
