Abstract: A microelectronic device includes a stack structure including a vertically alternating sequence of conductive structures and insulating structures arranged in tiers, a dielectric-filled opening vertically extending into the stack structure and defined between two internal sidewalls of the stack structure, a stadium structure within the stack structure and comprising steps defined by horizontal ends of at least some of the tiers, a first ledge extending upward from a first uppermost step of the steps of the stadium structure and interfacing with a first internal sidewall of the two internal sidewalls of the stack structure, and a second ledge extending upward from a second, opposite uppermost step of the steps of the stadium structure and interfacing with a second, opposite internal sidewall of the two internal sidewalls.

Abstract: Provided are an anaerobic immobilized bacterial agent, a preparation method for same, and applications thereof. The preparation method for the bacterial agent is: selecting four different anaerobic functional bacterial strains, utilizing a pure bacteria culturing technique to produce corresponding culture broths, then mixing the four culture broths according to a certain volume ratio to acquire a compound functional broth, subsequently concentrating into a functional flora precipitation, then dissolving the functional flora precipitation into a polyvinyl alcohol aqueous solution, dripping the solution into a first buffer solution to produce polyvinyl alcohol gel beads, and placing the gel beads produced into a second sulfate-containing buffer solution to produce sulfate-modified polyvinyl alcohol gel beads, that is, the anaerobic immobilized bacterial agent.

Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support a shared transmission power control (TPC) for uplink data and control channels. In a first aspect, a method includes a user equipment (UE) receiving a TPC command in downlink control messages from a serving base station. Each TPC command includes a power correction indicator. The UE may then apply an accumulation of power correction indicators received in the downlink control messages to an adjustment state associated with a transmit power of an of uplink control channel and an uplink data channel. The UE transmits to an uplink receive point, the uplink control or data channel according to the transmit power adjusted by the accumulation of power correction indicators applied to the adjustment state. Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a battery swapping method, module, device and medium. The method includes: acquiring a first image captured for a vehicle within a battery swapping area, and acquiring a first location of a battery on the vehicle; determining a second location of the vehicle in the battery swapping area according to the first image; determining, according to the first location and the second location, a target location of the battery in the battery swapping area to control a battery swapping device to move to the target location for battery swapping. According to the embodiments of the present application, battery swapping can be completed in a case where a user parks the vehicle randomly in the battery swapping area. Thus, convenience of the battery swapping process is improved.

Abstract: Augmented reality (AR) systems, devices, media, and methods are described for capturing and presenting effort put into generating a handcrafted AR experience. AR object generation data is captured during the generation of a handcrafted AR object. The AR object generation data is then processed to generate proof of effort data for inclusion with the handcrafted AR object. Examples of proof of effort include a time lapse view of the steps taken during generation of the AR object and statistics such as total time spent, number of images or songs considered for selection, number of actions implemented, etc.

Abstract: Disclosed are a battery binder, a lithium-ion battery negative electrode plate and a lithium-ion battery. The adhesive contains a polymer having both hydrophillic and hydrophobic units. In addition, in the polymer, a medium-to-low molecular weight polymer is less than 5 wt % or less based on total amount of the polymer, and the molecular weight of the medium-to-low molecular weight polymer is less than 10000. The adhesive has a strong adhesive force, and the preparation method therefor is simple and low cost. Compared with an exiting negative electrode plate adhesive amount of 2.5%-5%, an adhesive amount of 1.5-2% can not only show a higher bonding force, but also the proportion of active material can be increased, thereby increasing the energy density of a battery.

Abstract: A method for sharing a resource, includes: generating, by a first AI node, an association relation between the first AI node and at least one other AI node, in which the association relation is configured to generate an AI federal network; receiving, by the first AI node, resource sharing information; determining, by the first AI node, a target AI node of sharing resources with the first AI node based on the resource sharing information; determining, by the first AI node, a target resource to be shared based on the resource sharing information; and sharing, by the first AI node, the target resource with the target AI node through the AI federal network. Therefore, AI nodes realize resource sharing through the AI federal network, which is suitable for resource sharing scenarios of multiple different AI nodes and has good scalability, thereby greatly reducing the development difficulty and cost of resource sharing.

Abstract: A barrage with a function of collecting floating garbage on a water surface is provided. It includes a first dam body as a main body of the barrage provided with multiple built-in low water level drainage channels and high water level drainage channels, a second dam body provided with multiple notches for converging floating garbage on the water surface, a garbage collecting and storing equipment arranged between the first dam body and the second dam body and a solar power generating equipment. The garbage collecting and storing equipment maintains running of the garbage conveyor belt by utilizing electric energy provided by the solar power generating equipment, thereby collecting garbage in a garbage pool beside the barrage. It not only has conventional functions of the barrage, but also greatly saves cost of manually salvaging garbage and avoids water pollution caused by accumulation of garbage on the river surface.

The method includes: collecting original data of a preset range from a plurality of data sources; acquiring passenger flow data of a rail transit station according to the original data; building a passenger flow prediction model of the rail transit station according to the passenger flow data of the rail transit station; acquiring a passenger flow volume of the rail transit station in a preset period according to the passenger flow prediction model; and performing coordinated dispatching on vehicles and passengers of the rail transit station according to the passenger flow volume of the preset period. The original data is acquired through the plurality of data sources, thus acquiring the passenger flow data, which achieves all-round monitoring of a passenger flow at the rail transit station.

Abstract: An optical film for a sub-millimeter light emitting diode (MiniLED) backlight module and a method for preparing the optical film are disclosed. The MiniLED backlight module includes a diffusion film, an optical film, a reflection film and MiniLED chips. The diffusion film is provided above the optical film. The reflection film is provided under the MiniLED chips. The MiniLED chips are provided between the reflection film and the optical film. The first end of the optical film includes multiple first microstructures. The second end of the optical film includes multiple second microstructures. In the disclosure, photoresists are spin-coated on one end of an optical film substrate. A lithography direct write process is adopt to form a microstructure morphology on the surface of the OCA. The morphology is cured after development and hot baking to obtain an optical film.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes hybrid transactional and analytical processing (HTAP) techniques. A HTAP system comprises a first processing engine configured to perform online transactional processing, a second processing engine configured to perform online analytical processing, and a storage in communication with the first processing engine and the second processing engine. The first processing engine, the second processing engine, and the storage may be modularized and configured to be decoupled from each other. The system may be configured to capture data by the first processing engine in real time, organize the data in a first format in a first part of the storage for use by the first processing engine, propagate the data to a second part of the storage subsystem, and organize the data in a second format in the second part of the storage for use by the second processing engine.
