An example method may include receiving, from a base station, DCI comprising at least one of: an open loop power control parameter, a maximum transmit power, or a closed loop power control parameter. The open loop power control parameter, the maximum transmit power, or the closed loop power control parameter may be associated with a PSSCH or a PSCCH. The example method may further include reducing a transmit power of a scheduled transmission associated with the PSSCH or the PSCCH to a reduced transmit power if the reduced transmit power is above a threshold or cancel the scheduled transmission if the reduced transmit power is below the threshold. The reduced transmit power may be based on the open loop power control parameter, the maximum transmit power, or the closed loop power control parameter.

Abstract: A cluster light source and a method for generating a cluster light source is disclosed. A multi-wavelength cluster light source includes a light source outputting a plurality of single-wavelength continuous-wave light having different wavelengths in parallel, an optical multiplexer combining combine the plurality of single-wavelength continuous-wave light into one multi-wavelength continuous-wave light, an optical splitter, and an optical amplifier array. The optical splitter is configured to perform power beam splitting on the multi-wavelength continuous-wave light, to output a plurality of multi-wavelength continuous-wave light. The optical amplifier array amplifies the plurality of multi-wavelength continuous-wave light, to output a plurality of other multi-wavelength continuous-wave light. Optionally, the cluster light source further includes a backup light source and an optical switch array.

The signaling configuration method for a BIER network includes: informing, by a PCE and a PCC each other, of a PCECC capability support message, wherein the PCECC capability support message is configured for indicating that the establishment of an extended BIER network path is supported, and the PCC comprises each BFR in the BIER network; allocating, by the PCE, extended BIER network information to each BFR in the BIER network; and receiving, by the PCE, a message about successful installation of the extended BIER network information sent by the PCC.

Abstract: According to embodiments, a method, a device and a computer program product for model update determination are proposed. In the method, a plurality of historical data items and a plurality of new data items are obtained. The plurality of historical data items were used for training a model, and the plurality of new data items are to be applied to the model. At least one of an overall difference, a structural difference, and a confidence difference between the plurality of historical data items and the plurality of new data items is determined. Thereby, an indication indicating whether to update the model is determined based on the at least one of the overall difference, the structural difference, and the confidence difference.

A method for video processing includes determining whether to apply and how to apply a filtering process for samples of a current video unit of a video based on whether the samples are located at predefined transform boundaries; and performing a conversion between the video and a bitstream representation of the video based on the determining, where the predefined transform boundaries are determined based on a first transform mode in which a transform region is split into multiple transform sub-regions and only one transform sub-region has a non-zero residual sample.

Abstract: An adaptive illuminating headlight is provided. The adaptive illuminating headlight includes a stator structure, a rotor structure, a driver, a light emitting unit, an optical assembly, and a control unit, and is installed on a vehicle for use. The rotor structure is configured to rotate relative to the stator structure and has a carrying surface. The driver is arranged between the stator structure and the rotor structure to drive the rotor structure. The light emitting unit is arranged on the carrying surface to emit an illumination light beam. The optical assembly is configured to allow the illumination light beam to project outwardly so as to produce an illumination pattern. The control unit is configured to control the driver to operate according to a posture change of a vehicle body, such that the light emitting unit is driven by the rotor structure to rotate through a predetermined angle.

Abstract: Provided are a preparation method and system for a recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) and a recombinant bacmid. The method comprises: first reconstructing a recombinant bacmid containing a recombinant baculovirus genome that produces essential functional elements for an rAAV, at least one of the essential functional elements being inserted into the N-terminal or C-terminal of a locus of an essential gene of the recombinant baculovirus genome; and then transfecting the obtained recombinant bacmid containing the recombinant baculovirus genome that produces the rAAV into a host cell line for culturing to prepare an rAAV. Compared with recombinant baculoviruses obtained by conventional Tn7 recombinant preparations of recombinant bacmid, the recombinant baculovirus obtained by inserting a core element containing Cap, Rep and ITR into two sides of a baculovirus essential gene has a more stable rAAV serial passage production level in a cell and has a higher rAAV yield.

The method for determining grayscale data includes acquiring a source image; acquiring pixel values of third pixel points by calculating weighted values of channel values of a first pixel point and channel values of second pixel points of corresponding colors; acquiring a first image by replacing pixel values of the second pixel points in the source image with the pixel values of the third pixel points; and determining grayscale data of the first panel and grayscale data of the second panel based on the first image.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and media are provided for improved targeting of an individual object among a plurality of objects in a mutli-player online video game. The video game may include plurality of objects located at various places at a given frame. At each frame, a position of the objects is identified. If a player object is within a predetermined radius of another player object, a target position of the player object is modified relative to other player objects. Next, the target position of the player object is modified towards its original position within the frame. This process is repeated for each player object until the corresponding player object is no longer within the predetermined radius of another player object or a violation of a constraints prevents the modification from being performed.

Abstract: To present augmented reality features without localizing a user, a client device receives a request for presenting augmented reality features in a camera view of a computing device of the user. Prior to localizing the user, the client device obtains sensor data indicative of a pose of the user, and determines the pose of the user based on the sensor data with a confidence level that exceeds a confidence threshold which indicates a low accuracy state. Then the client device presents one or more augmented reality features in the camera view in accordance with the determined pose of the user while in the low accuracy state.

Abstract: A split gate carrier stored trench bipolar transistor (CSTBT) with current clamping PMOS include a P-type buried layer and a split gate electrode with equal potential to an emitter metal on the basis of the traditional CSTBT, which effectively eliminates the influence of an N-type carrier stored layer on breakdown characteristics of the device through the charge compensation effect, and helps to improve the trade-off relationship between the on-state voltage drop and the turn-off loss. Moreover, the introduction of a parasitic PMOS structure can reduce the saturation current and improve short-circuit safe operating area of the device, reduce the Miller capacitance, and improve the switching speed of the device and reduce the switching loss of the device. In addition, the split gate CSTBT integrating the split gate electrode and gate electrode in the same trench can shorten the distance between PMOS and NMOS channels.

Abstract: Generation and use of a focus quality metric that is intensity independent is described. In one example, the focus quality metric is generated by acquiring an image, such as an image of a patterned surface of a flow cell, and processing all or part (e.g., a sub-region or sub-image) to generate a Fourier transform of the respective image data. By way of example, in one embodiment a discrete Fourier transform may be applied to a sub-region of an image of a patterned flow cell surface. A focus quality metric that is intensity independent may be derived from the Fourier transform of the image data.
