  • Patent number: 10268456
Abstract: In various aspects, systems and methods provide a standardized approach to contextual code identification in editors and integrated development environments (IDEs). Thus, a given cursor position inside a language file like cascading style sheets (CSS), JavaScript, or java can be represented by storing language type and hierarchy information at the current position in a mime type or mime type-like syntax. Different editor assist handler modules can then be chained to process the syntax to provide a particular feature or insight. Features or products can evolve incrementally by adding a new handler module that processes the same syntax. In one aspect, the actual handler modules used can be determined depend on the cursor context.

  • Publication number: 20190116125
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure are directed to dynamically adjusting control plane policing throughput of low (or lower) priority control plane traffic to permit higher throughput. The drop rate for low or lower priority control plane traffic can be determined to be above a threshold value. The processor utilization can be determined to be operating under normal utilization (or at a utilization within a threshold utilization value). The control plane policing for control plane traffic for the low or lower class of service can be increased (or decreased) to permit lower class of service control traffic to be transmitted using higher class of service resources without adjusting the priority levels for the lower class of service control traffic.

  • Publication number: 20190108572
Abstract: A recommendation server provides product or service suggestions to a user based on transaction and location data. The recommendation server receives transaction data from a merchant device operated by a merchant affiliate. The transaction data contains information that is used to identify a suggested product or service. A search vicinity is determined based on the location of the merchant affiliate and the suggested product or service. A suggested merchant is determined that is located within the search vicinity, and that sells the suggested product or service. Information about the suggested merchant and the suggested product or service is sent to a user device operated by the user in order to encourage them to make a purchase from the suggested merchant.

  • Publication number: 20190097641
Abstract: Disclosed herein is a method of calibrating a voltage controlled oscillator (VCO) for a phase locked loop. The method includes prior to activating the phase locked loop, and prior to activating a frequency locked loop, causing a bias signal generator circuit to generate a control signal with a fixed control voltage for the VCO. The method continued with activating the frequency locked loop, and adjusting the bias signal generator to calibrate a transconductance of the bias signal generator while the frequency locked loop is activated. The frequency locked loop is then deactivated, and the phase locked loop is activated.

  • Publication number: 20190081426
Abstract: The Multi-use Connector in brief enables wired and wireless interconnection between a wide range of devices with a variety of input and output terminals. The usages of this invention can range in application between audio and electrical charging, and backup charging. Further, this invention has circuitry that can enable the conversion of analog audio signals from an analog source to digital signals for further wireless transmission through an onboard wireless transmission system, or convert digital signals received wirelessly to analog audio signals for further usage as maybe needed. Also, a companion software application to the Multi-use Connector can be used on smartphone like electronic devices that can allow the reception and recording of digital audio and or video signals transmitted by the Multi-use Connector, and also over-the-air analog sound signals received by a smartphone's inbuilt microphone system i.e., both signals can be recorded into separate channels at the same time.

  • Publication number: 20190036809
Abstract: Systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable storage media for detecting network loops. In some embodiments, a system can identify a port that is in a blocking state. The blocking state can be for dropping one or more types of packets and preventing the port from forwarding the one or more types of packets. The system can determine a number of packets transmitted through the port by a hardware layer on the system and a number of control packets transmitted through the port by a software layer on the system. The system can determine whether the number of packets is greater than the number of control packets. When the number of packets is greater than the number of control packets, the system can determine that the blocking state has failed to prevent the port from forwarding the one or more types of packets.

  • Publication number: 20190027394
Abstract: Apparatuses for substrate transfer are provided. A lift pin assembly can include a lift pin, a purge cylinder, and a lift pin guide. The lift pin guide is disposed adjacent the purge cylinder. The lift pin guide and the purge cylinder have a passage formed therethough in which the lift pin is disposed. The purge cylinder includes one or more nozzles that direct the flow of gas radially inward into a portion of the passage disposed in the purge cylinder. The one or more nozzles are disposed radially outward from the lift pin. The purge cylinder reduces particle deposition on the substrate by preventing contact between the lift pin and the support assembly as the lift pin is in motion.

  • Publication number: 20190020575
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media for detecting network loops. A system can identify, for each virtual tunnel endpoint (VTEP) from multiple VTEPs in a network, respective media access control address data including the respective local interface media access control addresses of the respective VTEP and respective media access control addresses learned by the respective VTEP. The system can determine whether the VTEPs are running spanning tree protocol (STP), and whether a media access control address learned by a first VTEP matches a respective local interface media access control address of a second VTEP. The system can detect a loop when the media access control address learned by the first VTEP matches the respective local interface media access control address of the second VTEP. The system can also detect a loop when the VTEPs are running STP and the first and second VTEPs see the same STP root bridge.

  • Patent number: 10181848
Abstract: Embodiments are described for digital forward body biasing CMOS circuits. In an embodiment, a power management unit limits the amount of time for which digital forward body biasing may be implemented. In another embodiment, once a CMOS circuit is put into a full digital forward body bias mode, the CMOS circuit is gradually brought back to a zero forward body bias mode. In another embodiment, charge is shared among biased transistor wells during transition intervals when transitioning from one bias mode to another.

  • Patent number: 10134894
Abstract: Circuit module designs that incorporate dual gate field effect transistors are implemented with fully depleted silicon-on-insulator (FD-SOI) technology. Lowering the threshold voltages of the transistors can be accomplished through dynamic secondary gate control in which a back-biasing technique is used to operate the dual gate FD-SOI transistors with enhanced switching performance. Consequently, such transistors can operate at very low core voltage supply levels, down to as low as about 0.4 V, which allows the transistors to respond quickly and to switch at higher speeds. Performance improvements are shown in circuit simulations of an inverter, an amplifier, a level shifter, and a voltage detection circuit module.
