Abstract: Presented are embodiments of methods and systems that provide for Internet advertisement pricing and placement to be variably based on the advertisement's performance within a given category of Internet media, while at the same time achieving predictable delivery and pricing for both advertisers and publishers. Techniques are presented where an advertiser's online campaign will be pre-empted only for underperformance on its own merits, and not for its relative performance or price versus other advertisers. Further, techniques are presented for allowing publishers of advertisements to realize increased revenue from their high value media while using tag passbacks to secure a minimum reserve pricing of their choice.

Abstract: Systems and methods for processing hydrocarbons are provided. A hydrocarbon can be distilled to provide a distillate, a gas oil, and a residue. The residue can include, but is not limited to asphaltenes and non-asphaltenes. The residue can be mixed with a solvent to provide a mixture. The asphaltenes can be selectively separated from the mixture to provide a deasphalted oil. At least a portion of the deasphalted oil and at least a portion of the gas oil can be hydroprocessed to provide a hydroprocessed hydrocarbon. At least a portion of the distillate and at least a portion of the hydroprocessed hydrocarbon can be cracked in a first reaction zone to provide a first cracked product comprising C2 hydrocarbons, C3 hydrocarbons, C4 hydrocarbons, and naphtha.

Abstract: A method and system to enable remote management of a media content subscription are described. The method includes receiving, at a local point of presence from a consumer, a request to access media content that is available under a media content subscription. The method further includes capturing, at the local point of presence from a consumer, a request to access media content from the local media content provider and transforming the captured media content into a digital stream that is suitable for streaming over a network. Finally, the method includes streaming the digital stream over the network, via which the consumer, using a computer device, accesses the media content.

Abstract: Systems and methods for pelletizing a molten heavy hydrocarbon that can be extruded from a drop former to create a plurality of droplets that are subsequently quenched in a cooling media to create asphaltenic pellets. The asphaltenic pellets can be solidified by transferring heat from the droplets to the cooling media to provide the solid asphaltenic pellets. The solid asphaltenic pellets can then be separated from the cooling media which can be recycled for use.

Abstract: A method for dewatering and deasphalting a hydrocarbon feed is provided. A hydrocarbon feed containing one or more hydrocarbons, asphaltenes and water can be mixed or otherwise combined with one or more solvents. The addition of the solvent sufficiently decreases the density of the hydrocarbon feed to enable gravity settling of the water phase, providing an oil phase containing one or more hydrocarbons, asphaltenes and solvents. The asphaltenes can be separated from the oil phase to provide an asphaltene mixture containing asphaltenes and a portion of the solvents and a deasphalted oil containing one or more hydrocarbons and the balance of the solvents. The solvents can be separated from the asphaltenes and deasphalted oil, and recycled to the initial mixing step wherein the solvent is mixed or otherwise combined with one or more solvents.

Abstract: A computer system for identifying contextually-targeted ads to be displayed with the content of a web page on a display of a user workstation. The system includes a data store for storing a set of rules defining the relevancy of available ads to a number of predetermined structured objects, and a processor configured to apply the set of rules to identify the targeted ads. The processor obtains the content of the web page, extracts keywords from the web page, parses the extracted keywords to form structured objects incorporating the keywords, and applies the set of rules to identify the contextually-targeted ads.

At least a portion of the aromatic-lean mixture can be recycled to the feed prior to cracking.

Abstract: An online exchange system and method supports open insertion order operations for online advertising markets displaying inefficiencies when delivering advertising media. Inefficiencies occur in an open ad exchange for online advertising when there is an under delivery of advertising content to identified target recipients. The online exchange system anticipates under deliveries and automatically fills instances of under delivery with impressions from the publisher inventory of the exchange according to fill requirements of the ad agency providing the advertising content (for example, budget limits and types of impressions to be used for filling the under delivery). The online exchange system also provides a mechanism for issuing a billing credit or discount to the agency if the bill for total impressions delivered according to the original campaign order and the automated under delivery fills exceeds a campaign budget.

The second mixture can be cracked at the first temperature to provide a second cracked mixture containing propylene and one or more hydrocarbons having a research octane number of about 88 to about 95, and one or more coked catalysts.
