  • Patent number: 12353233
Abstract: A brake system for a driving simulator, the brake system comprising a master cylinder chamber and a slave cylinder chamber which are arranged in fluid communication via a hydraulic system. The master cylinder chamber comprising a master cylinder piston which is mechanically connected to a brake pedal such that movement of the brake pedal results in translation of the master cylinder piston along the axis of said master cylinder chamber. The hydraulic system comprising a pressure module which is arranged such that it divides the hydraulic system into a master side in fluid communication with the master cylinder chamber and a slave side in fluid communication with the slave cylinder chamber. The pressure system is adapted to intermittently increase and decrease the pressure in the hydraulic system such that tactile feedback is provided to the brake pedal.

  • Patent number: 12353489
Abstract: Described herein are methods and system for electronic workflow management having a central server that periodically scans data accessible to multiple computers and data interacted with by different users to generate a nodal data structure comprising of interrelated nodes where each node corresponds to a workflow component, such as files, messages, tasks, and the like. The server then executes various analytical protocols to identify and link/merge nodes corresponding to related content. Upon receiving a set of notifications for a user, the server augments the notifications with data retrieved/derived from the nodal data structure. The server then prioritizes outputting the notifications based on their respective contextualized data and/or based on attributes received from the user.

  • Patent number: 12352763
Abstract: A method for measuring autophagosome flux is provided. The autophagosome pool size in a single cell is quantified, where the pool size is the total number of autophagosomes in the cell. Fusion between the autophagosomes and lysosomes in the cell is then inhibited. The autophagosome pool size is quantified over one or more time points after fusion has been inhibited, and the autophagosome flux is calculated as the initial rate of change of the autophagosome pool size at the time point after fusion has been inhibited. The method can be used to determine basal autophagosome flux, whether a cell is diseased or dysfunctional, or to diagnose a subject with a disease, disorder or dysfunction. The transition time, the time required to clear an autophagosome pool, can also be derived from the autophagosome flux. A molecule can also be characterized according to its ability to modulate autophagosome flux in a cell.
