  • Patent number: 12332573
Abstract: Described herein is a method of training a model configured to predict whether a feature associated with an imaged substrate will be defective after etching of the imaged substrate and determining etch conditions based on the trained model. The method includes obtaining, via a metrology tool, (i) an after development image of the imaged substrate at a given location, the after development image including a plurality of features, and (ii) an after etch image of the imaged substrate at the given location; and training, using the after development image and the after etch image, the model configured to determine defectiveness of a given feature of the plurality of features in the after development image. In an embodiment, the determining of defectiveness is based on comparing the given feature in the after development image with a corresponding etch feature in the after etch image.

Abstract: Provided are optically detectable markers for tracking, as well as related methods. A marker comprises a mask unit and a (removable) cartridge comprising an optically detectable surface exposed through at least three faces of the mask unit. Respective materials present a measurable contrast under optical detection conditions. An optical detectable surface can be detectable using IR and a contrasting surface is not. Faces can define openings to the cartridge. The cartridge can comprise a sheet of optically detectible material foldable to fit into the mask unit. A sheet can provide multiple connected cartridges. Securing devices including any of a support unit, a clip, a magnet, an adhesive, etc., can secure a cartridge in a mask unit. A marker, or maker kit, may comprise a plurality of mask units and cartridges connected via a marker body. Some of the mask units may be on different planes in such a marker.

  • Patent number: 12329464
Abstract: A method of spectrally imaging an organ during an image-guided intervention is disclosed. Based on at least one first scan, a first image modality is obtained. A selection of a region of interest is obtained within the first image modality. Based on at least one second spectral scan of the organ, at least three second image modalities are obtained. A contrast value is calculated over the previously selected region of interest for all obtained second image modalities. The second image modality with the largest contrast value is selected for display. Alternatively, image modalities of the organ are displayed over time and the modalities for display are selected according to an imaging protocol which associates a lesion type and timestamp of a spectral scan with a modality having optimal contrast.

  • Publication number: 20250194307
Abstract: Light-emitting diodes (LEDs), and more particularly, lenses formed by additive manufacturing for LED packages are disclosed. Additive manufacturing is used to progressively cure precursor materials for lenses in directions away from corresponding submounts. Progressively curing precursor materials may be performed in a layer-by-layer manner or in a continuous manner. Such additive manufacturing allows complex lens shapes that form primary optics and encapsulation for LED chips of LED packages. Complex shapes include pockets of air or other materials embedded within lens materials, pockets formed about LED chips, progressively increasing lens widths, Fresnel shapes, and/or asymmetric shapes, among others.
