Abstract: The invention provides a two-part package and method of use for a pre-attached medical implant and delivery tool system. The package includes a wet compartment and a dry compartment and allows a pre-attached implant and delivery tool system to be at least partially stored immersed in a fluid in the wet compartment and at least partially stored in the dry compartment. In one embodiment the implant comprises a replacement heart valve, and the heart valve is stored inside the wet compartment while the heart valve delivery tool remains dry in the dry compartment.

The panels comprise a top panel, a bottom panel and a first side panel and a second side panel. The carton has a dispenser for allowing access to the articles in the carton. The dispenser has a dispenser panel that is at least partially defined by a tear line in the carton and is for being at least partially removed for at least further opening a dispenser opening.

Abstract: A computerized course module creation system that assists an instructor in creating a course modules with lessons and test questions that assess user competency of predefined skills. The skill is created by breaking down the skill into component parts. Once created, the skill can be modified and saved for future use in different course modules. Additionally, a course or a course module is saved and can be used by the instructor's students or another instructor's students. Furthermore, a royalty payment for use of a course model can be shared by a combination of the creator the course module, an educational institutional hosting the creation of the course model, and an instructor teaching a class utilizing the course module.

Abstract: An identification label for use with a photographic article and a method for use of the label. The photographic article has an exterior surface and an identification label coupled to the exterior surface. The identification label includes a writable surface for recording the content of the film in the article. The method of using the identification label includes recording identification information on the label and coupling the label to the article.
