  • Publication number: 20110004348
Abstract: An arrangement for transmitting data and/or signals between a transmission control device (1) and a plurality of actuator control devices (2A, 2B, 2C) for the local control of actuation movement of actuating shifting units. The transmission control device (1) and the actuator control devices (2A, 2B, 2C) are disposed such that they are movable relative to one another. At least one wireless communication transmission unit is provided, at least in sections, between the transmission control device (1) and the actuator control devices (2A, 2B, 2C).

  • Publication number: 20100324792
Abstract: A method of blocking inadmissible gearshift processes in a transmission with a plurality of shifting devices which, in order to carry out a shift process, are moved by actuating devices when a shift command is sent by a control unit to the relevant actuating device. The actuating devices exchange data with one another and the control unit such that the actuating device of the shifting device to be shifted is activated only if clearance is given by at least another actuating device. In a transmission with a control unit and a plurality of actuating devices for the actuation of shifting devices, the actuating devices are associated with at least one shaft and connected for data exchange with one another and with the control unit such that the actuating device of the shifting device to be shifted can be activated provided that clearance has been given by at least one other actuating device.

  • Patent number: 7806013
Abstract: The invention relates to a regulating mechanism for operating an actuator or connecting element (11, 12) of an automatic transmission. The regulating mechanism has an actuator (3), a regulating mechanism (4), a transmission element (6), and an output element (8, 9). According to the present invention, the actuator (3) is configured as a three phase motor, advantageously as an asynchronous motor. The torque (M) of the actuator (3) is converted into an actuating force (S) in the transmission element (6), which is then applied to a regulated and or connecting element (11, 12).

  • Patent number: 7735387
Abstract: A selector drive for automatic manual transmissions has an electric motor, the rotational motion of which can be transmitted to the selector mechanism for the selection of a selector position by way of a mechanical transmission chain. An electric motor (1) of the mechanical transmission chain is an electric motor with defined step width, whereby the required step number for the selection of the selector position in the selector mechanism can be determined through fixed geometrical conditions or distances according to the stipulations of the individual step angle of the electric motor and the distance between the selector positions.

  • Publication number: 20080221757
Abstract: Method for operating an adjustable stabilizer arrangement, comprising an actuator, which applies actuator torque to stabilizer sections as a function of a command variable to influence the rolling movement of a motor vehicle body, where sensors are used to detect the movement of the motor vehicle body and the movements of the wheels, where an operating movement of the actuator supplies a variable which can be used to determine the actuator torque, upon which is superimposed an adjustment signal for the actuator, and where the variable is modified by a weighting factor.

  • Publication number: 20070085509
Abstract: A method is proposed for distributing current to the existing current directing valves or switches in the inverting converter of adjustment drives with synchronous servo-motors when the end position of the adjustment drive is reached at a time when the torque or force load is high in which the current space indicator of the current is moved electrically through ±90° about the desired end position with sufficient frequency.

  • Publication number: 20070018501
Abstract: A method for an electrical supply of electric setting mechanisms of motor vehicles, particularly of electromagnetic energy converters, with prevailing generator operating modes. One electromagnetic energy converter is coordinated with one accumulator element electrically connected with the power supply or with the power supply battery, the supply voltage of the one electric setting mechanism or of the one electromagnetic energy converter (2) is increased in comparison with the power supply voltage.
