Abstract: Embodiments of the disclosure provided herein can be used to improve the control, selection and transmission of data to a remote video conferencing environment, by use of a plurality of wired or wirelessly connected electronic devices. In one example, the transmission of data from a local environment can be improved by switching the source of visual inputs (e.g., cameras or display of an electronic device, such as laptop) and/or audio inputs (e.g., microphones) to the one or more appropriate visual and audio sources available within the local environment. The most appropriate visual and audio sources can be the sources that provide the participants in the remote environment the most relevant data giving the remote users the best understanding of the current activities in the local environment.

Abstract: A filter element with at least one filter medium body and with a grip configured to hold and guide the filter element is provided. At least one locking element is arranged at the grip and configured to lock the filter element on a receiving filter housing. A filter device with such a filter element has a receiving filter housing to receive the filter element and a cover to secure the locking element in locked position on the filter housing.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a module that has a lower component of a module (1) having a material (3) in which at least one first structural element (4) is embedded, and an upper component of a module (2) having a material (3) in which at least a second component (16) is embedded. The upper component of the module (2) and the lower component of the module (1) are stacked, with the lower and the upper component of the module (2) being electrically connected and mechanically linked to each other. In addition, the present invention relates to a simple and cost-effective process for the production of a variety of modules. The invention makes it possible for the modules to be miniaturized with respect to surface and height and/or makes it possible to achieve greater integration by 3D packaging.
