  • Patent number: 11214257
Abstract: It is determined that (a) a first vehicle is driving on a curve on a first road or, (b) by detecting a second road, a road boundary of the first road. It is further determined that there is (c) parallel traffic by determining that a second vehicle is moving in a lane of the second road adjacent to the first road, or (d) tangential traffic by detecting a third vehicle is moving tangentially to the curve. Upon determining that there is simultaneously at least one of (a) the first vehicle driving on the curve on the first road or (b) the road boundary of the first road, and at least one of (c) parallel traffic or (d) tangential traffic, then it is determined that the first vehicle is driving on an on-ramp.

  • Publication number: 20210369513
Abstract: In a mobile stretcher, in order to change the height position of a patient support mounted on a chassis, the chassis geometry is modifiable by a hydraulic drive system. The drive system includes a linear actuator, a pressure supply unit, and a receiving space for hydraulic fluid. A manually actuatable unlocking valve unit directly connects a lifting working chamber of the linear actuator to the receiving space. The valve unit has a control space delimited by a piston element movably guided relative to the housing of the valve unit and which communicates with a lifting attachment, which communicates with the working chamber. The piston element is operatively connected to a valve body interacting with a valve seat of a relief valve between the lifting attachment and a tank attachment communicating with the receiving space. A mechanical actuation input acts on the valve body, with a spring element interposed.

  • Publication number: 20210338346
Abstract: A method for automatically monitoring a robot-assisted movement of a medical object through a hollow organ of a medical object of a patient performed by a robotic system is provided. The method includes tracking movement of the medical object using a medical imaging device such that the medical object and/or the hollow organ is at least partially arranged in a recording region that is mappable by the imaging device. The tracking is effected by a relative movement between the recording system of the imaging device and the patient. An image of the recording region is recorded during the tracking. In each case, a further image is recorded at regular intervals. The current image in each case and/or sensor data from a sensor assigned to the robotic system or the object is evaluated to determine whether a situation relevant to decision-making and/or safety with respect to the robotic system is present.

  • Patent number: 11029364
Abstract: In order to determine the charging capacity state and the state of health of an electrical energy store of a battery system (BS1; BS2) with little effort, a measuring device (ME) is proposed, which measuring device injects, into a drive train which is available for first or second loads (VR1; VR2) and has an AC/DC converter (ADC) or a DC/DC controller (DDC) on the DC side of the AC/DC converter (ADC) or of the DC/DC controller (DDC), a sinusoidal voltage harmonic with a varied frequency or a sinusoidal current with a varied frequency as a particular measurement signal which is transmitted to the battery system (BS1; BS2). The current response or voltage response, which has been purged of unwanted influences, is then determined for each measurement signal at the battery system (BS1; BS2), from which response phase shifts are determined in each case, and parameters for a statement relating to the charging capacity state or the state of health of the battery system (BS1; BS2) are in turn determined therefrom.
