  • Publication number: 20180170330
Abstract: A method and computer program for electronically regulating the brake force distribution in a pressure medium-operated brake system of a vehicle having at least one front axle brake circuit, associated with a front axle, and at least one rear axle brake circuit, associated with at least one rear axle, in which when the brake system is operated, a rear axle brake pressure, acting in the at least one rear axle brake circuit, is regulated to prevent locking of the rear wheels before locking of the front wheels, and in which the brake pressure at the rear axle is limited only while a pressure value which acts in the rear axle brake circuit is below a prespecified pressure threshold value, but the brake pressure at the rear axle is not limited if the pressure value acting in the rear axle brake circuit is not less than the prespecified pressure threshold value.

  • Patent number: 9944261
Abstract: A method is provided for controlling a pressure control device of a pressure-medium brake system of a vehicle which individually controls brake pressures in brake cylinders of wheels of an axle. The pressure control device includes a relay valve. In order to compensate for response sluggishness of the relay valve, shut-off valves connected between the relay valve and their respective brake cylinders are not switched into a passage position in which pressure is forwarded to the brake cylinders until a permissible pressure gradient exists between the working pressures of the relay valve and the brake pressures in the brake cylinders.

  • Publication number: 20180067075
Abstract: An electrochemical probe comprises a wire bundle including two or more wire electrodes made of conducting material arranged alongside each other, and insulating material surrounding the electrodes. An impedance reducing layer of metal or metal oxide nano-structures is deposited on tips of the wire electrodes at a first end of the bundle. A functionalization layer is deposited on the impedance reducing layer at the first end of the bundle. Such a probe is particularly useful for electrochemical sensing applications such as neuronal scanning.

  • Publication number: 20140058947
Abstract: A rule set for an AVC system permits AVC operations to be performed at various levels of hierarchy within a governing budget data structure. A rule set contains a plurality of rules, each having an address field which relates an arbitrarily assigned control object to budget nodes in a budget data structure. Control objects typically are assigned to various units and aggregation levels within an organization and also across other dimensions. Rule arrays with several independent rule sets can be activated in parallel for checking an individual input data record against multiple budgetary requirements defined for the organization. This structure provides a comprehensive AVC control feature even for very large budget data structures and complex budgetary control environments.
