  • Publication number: 20220367217
Abstract: Methods and systems for monitoring etch or deposition processes using image-based in-situ process monitoring techniques include illuminating a measurement area on a sample disposed in a process chamber. The measurement area is illuminated using an input beam generated remote from the process chamber and transmitted to a first viewing window of the process chamber by a first optical fiber. Portions of the first input beam reflected from the measurement area are transmitted from the first viewing window to an imaging sensor by a second optical fiber. A sequence of images is obtained at the imaging sensor, and a change in reflectance of pixels within each of the images is determined. The etch or deposition process is monitored based on the change in reflectance.

  • Patent number: 10814469
Abstract: A power tool has a handle operatively connected with vibration damping across a vibration gap to a drive motor with throttle element. An actuating device on the handle actuates the throttle element pivotably supported in a housing. A coupling element bridging the vibration gap connects actuating device to throttle element. The actuation movement of the actuation device is transmitted as rotation about an axis transverse to the vibration gap. An intermediate element is pivotably supported on an actuating element connected to the throttle element. The coupling element acts on the intermediate element and, over part of the actuation movement, contacts a contact region of the intermediate element. A guide for the intermediate element changes a position of the contact region relative to the housing based on a rotational position of the actuating element by changing a pivot position of the intermediate element relative to the housing.

  • Patent number: 10589411
Abstract: A work apparatus has a first and a second assembly. The second assembly is mounted movably in relation to the first assembly via at least one antivibration element. Formed between the first assembly and the second assembly is a vibration gap, which is bridged by the antivibration element. The work apparatus has a switch, for actuation by an operator, which includes a first contact element and a second contact element. When the switch is closed, the first contact element and the second contact element contact each other. When the switch is open, the first and second contact element do not establish an electrically conductive contact. The second contact element is part of the second assembly. The first contact element is part of the first assembly and, when the switch is closed, the first contact element and the second contact element bridge the vibration gap between the first and second assembly.
