  • Patent number: 10248733
Abstract: A catalog application includes data for key indicators for performance measurement of applications. The catalog application comprises data for a large number of key indicators that may be compatible for different application. A monitoring application utilizes data for key indicators to measure performance of external applications. A catalog service interface is instantiated to process requests from the monitoring application to the catalog application. The external applications run in different technical environments and are part of different technical landscapes. A request to provide data for key indicators compatible with a first application is received at the instantiated service interface. The key indicators in the catalog application are filtered based on matching the technical characteristics of the first application with the key indicators' prerequisites.

  • Patent number: 10092378
Abstract: For producing dentures, a new method and device render it possible to evaluate and shape movements generated by the individual jaw joints of the patient such that work with appropriate articulators becomes possible, which employ the individual jaw joints as articulation joints and thus carry out the identical movements. The known articulators are equipped with joint-space duplicates such that they can be employed with optimal equipment for the respective patient. The support pin is moved back as fixing pin in the retral space of the articulator such that it does not constitute an impediment when working on and when inspecting the jaw models arranged on the frame upper part and the frame base part. Moreover, setting different biting positions is made significantly easier, because the frame upper part is fixed to a swivel arch of the frame base part by an adjustable position stabilizer but can also be detached.

  • Publication number: 20180216086
Abstract: The invention relates to a cellobiose phosphorylase, which catalyzes, among other things, the synthesis of cellobiose from glucose 1-phosphate and glucose. The cellobiose phosphorylase according to the invention can be understood as a mutation of the cellobiose phosphorylase from Cellulomonas uda. In comparison to cellobiose phosphorylase of the wild type, the cellobiose phosphorylase according to the invention is distinguished by improved activity and process stability, in particular temperature stability, and lower product inhibition and therefore is especially suitable for use in industrial processes.

  • Patent number: 9867234
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for determining and regulating the temperature of an article with inductive properties which is heated inductively by means of an induction device, wherein the induction device contains an induction coil, means for producing an induction resonant circuit and a support element arranged above the induction coil and having a first side, which acts as support face for the article, and a second side, which is directed towards the inductive coil. At least one temperature sensor is fitted to the second side. The resonant frequency of the induction resonant circuit is measured via detection means and the temperature of the article is calculated from the measured resonant frequency, wherein the resonant frequency is related to the temperature of the article by virtue of a mathematical function, and the function is determined by determining at least two absolute temperature calibration values of the article at respectively different resonant frequencies.

  • Publication number: 20170270076
Abstract: In order to at least approximately determine statistical properties of raw measured values, e.g., measurement noise and/or average errors, without knowledge of a filter applied to raw measured values and only with the aid of a useful signal obtained from the filtering, i.e., in order to make statements regarding measurement conditions by assuming a few frequently encountered boundary conditions, statistical properties of raw measured values are determined from the useful signal, which is composed of a temporal sequence of filter output values.
