Publication number: 20250002989Abstract: Labeled nucleotide analogs comprising at least one avidin protein, at least one dye-labeled compound, and at least one nucleotide compound are provided. The analogs are useful in various fluorescence-based analytical methods, including the analysis of highly multiplexed optical reactions in large numbers at high densities, such as single molecule real time nucleic acid sequencing reactions. The analogs are detectable with high sensitivity at desirable wavelengths. They contain structural components that modulate the interactions of the analogs with DNA polymerase, thus decreasing photodamage and improving the kinetic and other properties of the analogs in sequencing reactions. Also provided are nucleotide and dye-labeled compounds of the subject analogs, as well as intermediates useful in the preparation of the compounds and analogs. Compositions comprising the compounds, methods of synthesis of the intermediates, compounds, and analogs, and mutant DNA polymerases are also provided.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 28, 2024Publication date: January 2, 2025Applicant: Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc.Inventors: Lubomir SEBO, Gene SHEN, Stephen YUE, Honey OSUNA, Yuri LAPIN, Louis BROGLEY, Andrei FEDOROV

Patent number: 12026145Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems and methods for providing percentile-based alerts from historical event-occurrence data. An embodiment of a method includes identifying a baseline result of an aggregation operation performed with respect to a detection set of attributes of event records. Each baseline result corresponds to a baseline set of one or more event records from a baseline time period within a baseline time window. The method includes determining a subject result of the aggregation operation performed with respect to the detection set of attributes of a subject set of the event records corresponding to a subject time period. The method includes determining, based on the baseline result and the subject result, whether the subject result indicates an alert condition for the detection set for the subject time period, and if so then outputting one or more alerts.Type: GrantFiled: May 31, 2022Date of Patent: July 2, 2024Assignee: Snowflake Inc.Inventors: Andrey Fedorov, Maria Polyakova, Omer Singer

Patent number: 11913314Abstract: A method is offered to predict and prevent the event of fracture hit (direct fluid communication) between a parent well and a child (active) well. The growth of a child well creates 3D stress field in the vicinity of a parent well. The growth of a child well is simulated using the geomechanic-transport model. A model of interaction between the child well and parent well is provided. The simulations for different job designs create a set of pressure scenario in the parent both for the cases with and without fracture hit (fracture hit catalogue). Comparison (matching) of actual pressure data in the parent and child well with the pre-calculated pressure scenarios indicate the risk of fracture development with a fracture hit, which means a stop in fracturing stimulation.Type: GrantFiled: December 16, 2020Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: SCHLUMBERGER TECHNOLOGY CORPORATIONInventors: Roman Korkin, Andrey Fedorov, Artem Kabannik, Kira Vladimirovna Yudina, Dmitry Badazhkov, Jared Bruns, Xiaowei Weng, Aleksandra Khudorozhkova
