  • Publication number: 20250054175
Abstract: Methods and systems are described herein for enabling aerial vehicle navigation in GPS-denied areas. The system may use a camera to record images of terrain as the aerial vehicle is flying to a target location. The system may then detect (e.g., using a machine learning model) objects within those images and compare those objects with objects within an electronic map that was loaded onto the aerial vehicle. When the system finds one or more objects within the electronic map that match the objects detected within the recorded images, the system may retrieve locations (e.g., GPS coordinates) of the objects within the electronic map and calculate, based on the coordinates, the location of the aerial vehicle. Once the location of the aerial vehicle is determined, the system may navigate to a target location or otherwise adjust a flight path of the aerial vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20250053219
Abstract: Systems and methods for selective backup to persistent memory from volatile memory are disclosed. In one aspect, a memory controller includes a detection circuit that detects an address for a memory access and determines a range into which that address falls. The memory controller also includes a touched map that is configured to store an indication as to what areas (or ranges) of memory have been accessed, as determined by the detection circuit. In the event of a command or power interruption, a backup routine initially consults the touched map and only backs up those ranges which have been touched. Such selective backup may reduce the amount of time and power required to make a backup, reducing the demands placed on a backup energy source.

  • Publication number: 20250053080
Abstract: Vacuum-integrated photoresist-less methods and apparatuses for forming metal hardmasks can provide sub-30 nm patterning resolution. A metal-containing (e.g., metal salt or organometallic compound) film that is sensitive to a patterning agent is deposited on a semiconductor substrate. The metal-containing film is then patterned directly (i.e., without the use of a photoresist) by exposure to the patterning agent in a vacuum ambient to form the metal mask. For example, the metal-containing film is photosensitive and the patterning is conducted using sub-30 nm wavelength optical lithography, such as EUV lithography.

  • Publication number: 20250053907
Abstract: A micromobility transit vehicle service task management system and related methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, a system determines service tasks to be executed based on a level of availability of one or more micromobility transit vehicles. A value for each of the tasks is determined based on a cost to perform the task and value generated by an increase in availability of the one or more micromobility transit vehicles, for dynamic transportation matching, from execution of the task. The tasks may be prioritized into an order of execution that maximizes a total of the values of the tasks. The determined values of the tasks may be adjusted in the prioritization of the tasks based on the order of execution of the tasks. A navigational task route may be generated based on the prioritized tasks and assigned to a technician device to guide a technician to each of the tasks.

  • Publication number: 20250054298
Abstract: An automated method of classifying irrigation status of fields within a geographical region includes identifying a plurality of field areas delineated by field boundaries within the geographical region. Seasonal normalised difference vegetation index (NDVI) time series data are processed to generate a plurality of aggregate field NDVI feature values for each identified field area. Irrigation status of each identified field area is classified by executing a decision tree classifier that is configured to determine a classification as either ‘irrigated’ or ‘non-irrigated’ based upon the corresponding plurality of aggregate field NDVI feature values.

  • Publication number: 20250054053
Abstract: A system according to certain aspects of the disclosure provides drug pricing information from multiple PBMs to users. For example, the system may obtain, calculate, and/or estimate drug prices that are available under contracts or agreements between PBMs and various pharmacies. These prices may be prices of drugs for purchase at the various pharmacies. In response to requests for prices of particular drugs, the system can display relevant prices. For example, the system displays a price for each pharmacy chain and/or displays prices for a particular geographical area. The users can compare the prices for a particular drug and determine which pharmacy they would like to purchase the drug from. The system can provide a discount coupon that allows the users to purchase the drug at the price listed by the system at the selected pharmacy.
