  • Publication number: 20260058046
Abstract: Nitrogen doping an insulating layer can lower the bandgap of a magnetic storage device. It is challenging to nitrogen dope magnesium oxide (MgO). A cation can be added to allow the magnesium to hold onto the nitrogen dopant without highly oxidizing or nitriding the cation. The resulting nitrogen doped MgXO, where X is the cation, has a lower bandgap compared to a much similar barrier layer that has neither nitrogen nor a cation thus improving thermal and electrical reliabilities. The nitrogen doped MgXO is non-stoichiometric whereas comparably, an oxynitride is stoichiometric. Example cations that may be used include aluminum, titanium, vanadium, chromium, and scandium.

  • Publication number: 20260057331
Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for performing a multi-agent simulation. A first large language model (“LLM”) is prompted to act as a sales agent of a financial institution to generate a sales pitch. A second LLM is prompted to act as a client of the financial institution to engage in a conversation with the first LLM in response to the sales pitch. A third LLM is prompted to act as a judge to generate and output a score of the conversation between the first and second LLMs. The score is saved and/or output to a display. The multi-agent simulation is used to create a digital twin of an actual conversation between the sales agent and client.

  • Publication number: 20260057441
Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for applying a rules engine. Rules corresponding to trigger conditions to be evaluated in respect of a client, and client data pertaining to the client, are obtained. The rules are applied by the rules engine so as to evaluate trigger conditions in respect of at least one product and in respect of at least one document requirement that requires the client to provide a particular document or class of document prior to purchasing the at least one product. The result of applying the rules is a matrix that summarizes, for each of the at least one product, which of the at least one document is required for the client to purchase the product.

  • Patent number: 12424328
Abstract: Methods are provided to predict, based on chest radiographs, whether a patient suffers from any comorbidities in one or more high-level comorbidity classes, e.g., high-level hierarchical condition categories. The chest radiograph is a low-cost, minimally-invasive source of visual information that is able to accurately predict whether a subject suffers from diabetes with chronic complications, morbid obesity, congestive heart failure, specified heart arrhythmias, vascular disease, or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, among other high-level comorbidity classes. The predictive methods provided herein are also able to accurately predict overall measures of health-related complications, including the risk adjustment factor. These predictive methods can be used to focus review of medical records, improving the detection of disease. Outputs generated by these methods can also be used to predict the severity of disease and/or the extent of care provided to subjects with COVID-19 or related diseases.

  • Patent number: 12401622
Abstract: A firewall manager automates traffic route configuration, compliance monitoring, and remediation. An administrator specifies a firewall policy that includes rules and traffic description, and specifies accounts, isolated virtual networks (IVNs) and/or subnets for firewall deployment. For automated traffic route configuration, the manager provisions and configures firewalls for the specified networks. The manager uses discovered network resource of the specified networks to determine route information for the firewalls for the networks for the traffic, and sends instructions for routing updates for the IVNs to an IVN manager service. For compliance monitoring and remediation, the manager obtains information about new IVNs, subnets, resources and/or routes, and determines compliance by comparing the obtained information to the firewall policy. The manager generates a remediation plan for non-compliance and instructs remediation by performing programmatic calls to the IVN manager service.

  • Patent number: 12348802
Abstract: In various embodiments, a client application requests information relating to content servers from which particular content can be accessed, or a manifest server that maintains such information and is distinct from the Domain Name System (DNS) automatically determines that the client application is likely to request the content server information. The manifest server then transmits, to the client application, information specifying (1) hostnames associated with the content servers from which the particular content can be accessed, and (2) Internet Protocol (IP) addresses corresponding to the hostnames. Thereafter, the client application can use the IP addresses to connect to the content servers and validate certificates provided by the content servers, in order to establish secure communication channels with the content servers.

  • Patent number: 12003639
Abstract: In various embodiments, servers in a server pool share a centrally-generated encryption key that is used to encrypt session keys in tickets that can be used by client applications to share secure communication sessions across different servers belonging to the same server pools. When the client application first establishes a secure communication session with a server in a server pool, the server returns a ticket that includes an encrypted version of a session key generated using an encryption key shared by servers in the server pool. Thereafter, the client application can present the ticket to other servers in the server pool to restore the secure communication session with the other servers. Associations between servers and server pools can be communicated to the client application in any technically feasible manner, such as part of information indicating servers from which content can be accessed or via the Domain Name System (DNS).
