  • Patent number: 11873483
Abstract: The disclosure provides methods and compositions useful for labeling of target molecules with origin-specific nucleic acid identifiers (for example, barcodes), which can be used subsequently to identify, quantify, or otherwise characterize a feature or activity of target molecules originating from a particular discreet volume. Such target molecules can include polypeptides expressed by cells, in which nucleic acid molecules encoding the polypeptides are labeled with the same, or matched, origin-specific nucleic acid identifiers.

  • Publication number: 20240015357
Abstract: A method for episode-specific digital video recording includes receiving a user selection of an episode of a program series to record after an initial broadcast of the episode; searching a guide database to identify a scheduled instance of a rebroadcast of the episode; if the scheduled instance is identified, determining if a digital video recording of the episode is available at the scheduled instance of the rebroadcast; if digital video recording is available, storing an instruction to record the episode at the scheduled instance of the rebroadcast; if the digital video recording is not available, repeating the searching to identify an alternative scheduled instance of the rebroadcast of the episode; and storing the instruction to record the episode if the alternative scheduled instance of the rebroadcast of the episode is identified; and if the scheduled instance is not identified, setting a timer to repeat the searching at a future time.

  • Patent number: 11870554
Abstract: A network node device of an area network includes physical layer (PHY) circuitry configured to transmit and receive frames of data via a communication link of the communication network; medium access layer (MAC) circuitry; a receive interface between the PHY circuitry and the MAC circuitry, and timestamp circuitry. The receive interface includes a receive clock signal and a DLL. The timestamp circuitry is configured to produce multiple sample signals derived from the receive clock signal using the DLL and a local clock signal of the network node, and produce a timestamp offset using the multiple sample signals. The timestamp offset is representative of an instantaneous phase offset between a local clock of the network node and a local clock of a neighbor node of the network node.

  • Publication number: 20240003679
Abstract: An apparatus for detecting radiation deflected from a rotating component includes a probe body on a stationary component radially outward of the rotating component; and a pair of arrival time sensors coupled to the probe body. Each arrival time sensor includes a light pipe that receives radiation deflected from the rotating component and that reduces directional variation of the radiation. A detector is optically coupled to each respective light pipe. The detector is positioned to receive the radiation with reduced directional variation from the light pipe. A method of detecting radiation from the rotating component using the apparatus determines a clearance between the rotating component (e.g., a turbomachine blade) and a stationary component (e.g., a casing).

  • Publication number: 20240000630
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to absorbent articles having a first belt and a second belt with one or more frangible pathways. A frangible pathway may extend between a proximal terminus on an inner edge of a belt and a distal terminus on an outer edge of the belt. A grip region comprising an accessibility opening may be positioned between the inner and outer edges of the belt. The frangible pathway may comprise a first tear zone and a second tear zone extending from the accessibility opening to the distal terminus and to the proximal terminus. Such frangible pathway configurations provide a feature that allows a belt of a diaper pant to be relatively easily torn along the frangible pathway when removing the diaper pant from a wearer. The frangible pathway may be configured to allow a caregiver to initiate and/or completely tear the first belt with one hand.

  • Publication number: 20240004796
Abstract: An apparatus comprises an non-inclusive cache (14) configured to cache data and coherency control circuitry (16). The coherency control circuitry is configured to look up the non-inclusive cache in response to a coherent access request from a first requestor (4). In response to determining that the coherent access request can be serviced using data stored in a matching entry of the non-inclusive cache, the coherency control circuitry references snoop-filter information associated with the matching entry to determine whether the first requestor can use the data stored in the matching entry without waiting for a response to a snoop of a coherent cache (8).

  • Publication number: 20230418765
Abstract: An apparatus comprises a cache comprising a plurality of cache entries, and cache replacement control circuitry to select, in response to a cache request specifying a target address missing in the cache, a victim cache entry to be replaced with a new cache entry. The cache request specifies a partition identifier indicative of an execution environment associated with the cache request. The victim cache entry is selected based on re-reference interval prediction (RRIP) values for a candidate set of cache entries. The RRIP value for a given cache entry is indicative of a relative priority with which the given cache entry is to be selected as the victim cache entry. Configurable replacement policy configuration data is selected based on the partition identifier, and the RRIP value of the new cache entry is set to an initial value selected based on the selected configurable replacement policy configuration data.
