  • Publication number: 20250050049
Abstract: A patient interface, such as a nasal cannula is described. The patient interface has a body portion to be located, in-use upon a face of a user. The body portion has at least one side arm that extends laterally from a central bridge portion to be located about a user's septum region, where each side arm is connected to a resilient, or relatively more rigid, bridge portion element. The interface has at least one, and preferably a pair of, nasal prong(s). The body portion has at least one fluid passageway connected to the nasal prong(s) for supply of a gas to the nare(s) of the user's nose. A cross section of the passageway varies along the length of the body portion to regions of varying flexibility along the body portion. The bridge portion element defines a substantially predetermined spatial relationship for outlet(s) of a gas delivery system supplying gas via each side arm to the outlet(s) from which, for example, the nasal prong(s) may be provided in fluid connection.

  • Publication number: 20250054053
Abstract: A system according to certain aspects of the disclosure provides drug pricing information from multiple PBMs to users. For example, the system may obtain, calculate, and/or estimate drug prices that are available under contracts or agreements between PBMs and various pharmacies. These prices may be prices of drugs for purchase at the various pharmacies. In response to requests for prices of particular drugs, the system can display relevant prices. For example, the system displays a price for each pharmacy chain and/or displays prices for a particular geographical area. The users can compare the prices for a particular drug and determine which pharmacy they would like to purchase the drug from. The system can provide a discount coupon that allows the users to purchase the drug at the price listed by the system at the selected pharmacy.

  • Patent number: 12189313
Abstract: In some general aspects, a surface of a structure within a chamber of an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) light source is cleaned using a method. The method includes generating a plasma state of a material that is present at a location adjacent to a non-electrically conductive body that is within the chamber. The generation of the plasma state of the material includes electromagnetically inducing an electric current at the location adjacent the non-electrically conductive body to thereby transform the material that is adjacent the non-electrically conductive body from a first state into the plasma state. The plasma state of the material includes plasma particles, at least some of which are free radicals of the material. The method also includes enabling the plasma particles to pass over the structure surface to remove debris from the structure surface without removing the structure from the chamber of the EUV light source.

  • Patent number: 12181967
Abstract: Data storage circuitry has entries to store data according to a data storage technology supporting non-destructive reads, each entry associated with an error checking code (ECC) and age indication. Scrubbing circuitry performs a patrol scrubbing cycle to visit each entry of the data storage circuitry within a scrubbing period. On a given visit to a given entry, the scrubbing operation comprises determining, based on the age indication associated with the given entry, whether a check-not-required period has elapsed for the given entry, and if so performing an error check on the data of the given entry using the ECC for that entry. The error check is omitted if the check-not-required period has not yet elapsed. The check-not-required period is restarted for a write target entry in response to a request causing an update to the data and the error checking code of the write target entry.

Abstract: The inventions provide methods of purifying full adeno-associated virus (AAV) capsids, wherein the method comprises the steps of (a) subjecting a sample comprising AAV capsids in buffer to anion exchange chromatography (AEX) to separate full AAV capsids from capsids that are not full (that is, partially-filled AAV capsids, nearly empty AAV capsids and empty AAV capsids) and form a first pool (“first AEX pass”), wherein the first pool is enriched in the ratio of full capsids to capsids that are not full; and (b) subjecting the first pool to anion exchange chromatography to form a second pool (“second AEX pass”), wherein the second pool is further enriched in the ratio of full capsids to capsids that are not full (that is, partially-filled AAV capsids, nearly empty AAV capsids and empty AAV capsids), wherein the enrichment in full capsids can be least 3 fold. Third, fourth and more AEX passes also can be undertaken.

  • Publication number: 20240426869
Abstract: A method of measuring a sample with a probe including a cantilever mount, a cantilever extending from the cantilever mount to a free end, and a probe tip carried by the free end of the cantilever is disclosed. The method includes taking a series of measurements of a sidewall of the sample with the probe; and analysing the series of measurements to determine a characteristic of the sidewall. The measurements are taken during a measurement cycle that includes a pair of measurement drive phases. The measurement drive phases include first and second drive phases in which the probe is driven, respectively, down, then up, next to the sidewall. During one of the drive phases the probe tip interacts with the sidewall, and the series of measurements are taken by measuring an angle of the cantilever as the probe tip interacts with the sidewall during the one of the drive phases.
