    Abstract: Disclosed herein are a repair apparatus, system, and method for a composite sandwich structure. The repair is suited for reinforcing a sandwich panel having a first sheet and a second sheet opposite the first sheet. A core is interposed between and coupled to the first sheet and the second sheet. The repair uses a potting compound packed into an abnormality of the core and located on the outer surface of the first sheet. A patch is coupled to the outer surface of the first sheet over the abnormality of the core and cured. The cured potting compound is interposed between and bonded to the patch and the abnormality of the core and bonded to the patch and the outer surface of the first sheet to form a structural reinforcement.

When a customer accesses the webpage, identifiers for the customer device and item are used to determine an estimated delivery time the separate fulfillment entity may provide, which may be presented in a widget or other type of element within the webpage. In response to input to the element, the customer may be presented with a prompt for authentication data, and after a successful authentication, the estimated delivery time may be updated based on a location of the authenticated customer. In response to input confirming the transaction, an order for the item is generated by the separate fulfillment entity and the customer may continue navigating the seller website.

    Abstract: Devices, systems and methods are disclosed which relate to using a wet foam elution method for removal of particles from a flat filter. Particles are captured from the atmosphere onto the flat filter. The flat filter is then placed into an extractor which passes a stream of wet foam through the flat filter. Expansion of the foam works to efficiently remove captured particles. The foam flows from the filter along with the captured particles into a sample container. Once in the sample container, the foam quickly breaks down leaving an analysis ready liquid sample.

    Abstract: A battery cell of a solid-state battery, such as a solid-state traction battery of an electrified vehicle, includes first and second electrodes and a solid electrolyte sandwiched between the electrodes in a stack. The first electrode overhangs the second electrode in the stack. The solid electrolyte may have a surface area that is the same as the surface area of the first electrode with the solid electrolyte together with the first electrode overhang the second electrode in the stack. The battery cell may further include a current collector having a main portion and a tab region extending therefrom. The current collector is arranged in the stack with the second electrode sandwiched between the main portion of the current collector and the solid electrolyte and with the first electrode overhanging the tab region of the current collector. An electrical insulation layer is applied to the tab region of the current collector.
