    Abstract: Embodiments of an adjustable panel assembly are disclosed. According to one embodiment, at least one adjustable articulating arm assembly connects a support elements having a plurality of equal sized side apertures to adjustable panel ends, providing an adjustable panel assembly with pivot hinges to rotate the adjustable panel about a common longitudinal axis for paired pivot hinges. Fixed top and side panels may be provided for each pair of corresponding support elements. Adjustable modular lighting and heating elements may be adapted between corresponding support elements to provide light or heat to a surface area below or within the panel assembly. The adjustable panel assembly components can be disassembled and/or collapsed into substantially flat shipping containers for ease of distribution and portability.

    Abstract: A portable adjustable panel assembly provides end assemblies that include a plurality of adjustable hinged arms connected to a base element and a panel support element by hinge assemblies to support a panel and provide adjustable pivot of an attached panel 360 degrees about a longitudinal axis. Geometric recesses of the portable adjustable panel assembly components correspond to geometric ends of the hinge assemblies and access apertures in hinged arm ends allow the portable adjustable panel components to be releasably pivoted and repositioned, and then locked into a desired position relative one to the other. Panel positions relative to the assembly likewise are adjustable by similar manipulation of hinge assemblies corresponding to panel support element ends. The panel assembly can be collapsed into a substantially planar assembly for portability.

    Abstract: A filler bracket assembly for closing gaps in new or existing sneeze guard assemblies is disclosed. The filler bracket assembly includes dual housings which fit together to provide a cylindrical housing central aperture having an internal diameter sized to receive and affix to a sneeze guard elongated support member. A cap portion is sized to fit on top of the slotted cylindrical housing, and together with gaskets and the filler sneeze guard panel, be affixed thereto by at least one fastener. The split cylindrical housing components allow for easy retro-fit adaptation of a filler bracket assembly to existing, installed sneeze guard assemblies.
