FIG. 7 is an exploded perspective from the top, left of FIG. 1.

FIG. 8 is a left side view of the bracket flange of FIG. 1 without the bushing.

FIG. 9 is a front side view of the bracket flange of FIG. 1 without the bushing; and,

FIG. 10 is a perspective view of a bracket flange and bushing pair of FIG. 1 in an environment.

The broken lines showing an elongated support and a panel are included to show environmental structure and form no part of the claimed design.
