  • Publication number: 20260192375
Abstract: An adjustable miter bar assembly configured for temporarily securing a workpiece to a woodworking table miter slot, the adjustable miter bar assembly having a first elongated housing member with a longitudinal slot and a second elongated member slidably received within the slot. The interior surfaces of the housing and slider members are equipped with complementary angled tabs and angled adjustment slots, allowing for precise lateral adjustment of the dimensions of the assembly. This adjustment ensures a snug fit within a miter slot while maintaining longitudinal sliding capability. Embodiments may feature roller bearings on the exterior surfaces to provide smooth movement and reduce friction within the miter slot.

  • Patent number: 12654352
Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide methods and apparatus for squaring a fence or other surface in a woodworking jig relative to the saw blade of the table saw used with the jig, by providing an adjustable tool that may be engaged with a kerf created by the blade of the table saw. Embodiments of the invention may be used to create a crosscut sled without using the “five-cut method”. In different embodiments, the invention may be used not only to square to the saw blade, but also to set other angles relative to the saw blade in the event that different positioning is desired.

  • Patent number: 12636750
Abstract: A side-clamp type honing guide provides dual-bevel functionality. The honing guide includes a lever having a first position which positions the blade at a desired angle for a primary bevel, and a second position which easily, reliably and repeatably adjusts the angle of the blade for a second, “micro” bevel after the primary sharpening operation has been completed. The primary and secondary bevels can be imparted to the blade without removal or adjustment of the blade relative to the honing guide, allowing the user to quickly and efficiently toggle between the primary and secondary bevel configurations.

  • Publication number: 20250371537
Abstract: Implementations are directed to receiving, by a trusted signing service that is executed in an off-chain network, a user operation, signing, by the trusted signing service, the user operation to provide a signed user operation, receiving, by a paymaster that is executed in a chain network, a call to verify, the call including at least a signature of the signed user operation, and in response to determining that the signature of the signed user operation is valid, providing, by the paymaster and to an entrypoint that is executed in the chain network, a response to the call indicating that the paymaster is verified, the user operation being executed in the chain network at least partially in response to determining that the signature of the signed user operation is valid.

  • Publication number: 20240327875
Abstract: The present disclosure features compositions and methods for producing one or more isoprenoid compounds, such as E-copalol, in a host cell, such as a yeast cell, that is genetically modified to express the enzymes of an isoprenoid biosynthetic pathway, such as a pathway for making E-copalol. Using the compositions and methods of the present invention, the host cell may be genetically modified to express one or more enzymes of an isoprenoid biosynthetic pathway, such as a copalyl-diphosphate (CPP) pyrophosphatase. The host cell may then be cultured in a medium, for example, in the presence of an agent that regulates expression of the one or more enzymes. The host cell may further be incubated for a time sufficient to allow for production of an isoprenoid compound, such as E-copalol, by the host cell. The isoprenoid compound may then be separated from the host cell or from the medium.

  • Patent number: 11772297
Abstract: The present invention relates to improvements in a magnetic featherboard, the featherboard having an elongate main body with opposite lateral faces, a bottom face and front and rear faces; a plurality of resiliently deformable feathers arranged at one or both lateral faces of the main body, and at least two, on-off switchable permanent magnets respectively received in one of at least two spaced apart recesses of the main body such that a working face of the respective switchable permanent magnet is present at the bottom face of the main body. One improvement comprises (i) providing a resiliently deformable friction gasket adjacent the working face of each of the switchable permanent magnets and protruding, in an non-deformed state, a predetermined amount from the bottom face of the main body and the working faces, the gaskets deformable through magnetic clamping of the featherboard to a table.
