  • Patent number: 11206196
Abstract: A system for troubleshooting network problems is disclosed. A model can use demographic information, network usage information, and network membership information to determine an importance of a problem. The importance of the problem for the user who reported the problem, a number of other users affected by the problem, and the importance of the problem to the other users can be used to determine a priority for resolving the problem. Before and after a work order is executed to resolve the problem, network metrics can be gathered, including aggregate network metrics, and automatically presented in various user interfaces. The analysis of the metrics can be used to update a database of which work orders are assigned in response to which problems.

  • Publication number: 20210254799
Abstract: An illumination system includes a waveguide having a first end configured to receive a laser light, a luminescent portion configured to generate a luminescent light from the laser light, a second end opposite the first end; an input device configured to collect the laser light for propagation to the first end; an output device adjacent to the second end configured to reflect at least some of the laser light back into the luminescent portion and direct the luminescent light away from the second end through an output surface. In one embodiment, the input device includes a light homogenizer configured to receive the laser light and provide to the first end of the waveguide a spatially uniform intensity distribution of the laser light. In another embodiment, a heat dissipater is provided adjacent to the waveguide and configured to dissipate heat generated within the waveguide by the generation of the luminescent light.

  • Patent number: 11065480
Abstract: A personal protective device (PPE), which can include a face cover assembly and a bodysuit configured to be worn by a human user. The device protects users against airborne aerosol particles containing viruses or other infectious agents while enabling improved flexibility relative to prior art designs. The device includes a helmet-like” rotating face cover assembly that fits over the user's head and attaches to a collar on the biohazard bodysuit. This rotating face cover assembly has a plurality of different mask sides, each with differing geometries or other properties. The device enables a user to can rotate the cover and select a given mask side that best meets that user's needs. • Publication number: 20200152237
Abstract: The System and Method of AI-Powered Combined Video Production of the present invention is a digital platform used by both master clip Creators and scene clip creators. In a preferred embodiment, the platform comprises at least one master clip creating device, an APCV application, at least one scene clip creating device, a scene clip database, a scene clip uploading interface, an AI module, a scene clip searching & selecting module, and a network. The platform uses AI technology to detect the master clip attributes of a master clip, and then use the detected master clip attributes to search a scene clip database and select at least one scene clip its defined attributes match the detected master clip attributes, and then the APCV application will combine the master clip with the selected scene clip to create an APC video. The present invention makes it extremely easy for average people to create high quality tailor-made combined videos.
