    Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems for securely providing multiple wake-up time options for PCI Express (PCIe) devices. Under one approach, Vendor Define Messages (VDMs) are exchanged between a host application layer in a host and a device application layer in a PCIe endpoint device coupled to the host via a PCIe link to effect changes to the L1.2 Substate exit time of a PCIe device. Under another approach, Vendor-Specific Extended Capability (VSEC) structures are exchanged between a host application layer and a device application layer to effect the changes. The VDMs and VSEC structures may also be used to enable a host to read Tpower_on capability information defining power modes supported by a PCIe device. Additionally, VSEC implementations are provided that implement VSEC components in the PCIe device transaction layer or the PCIe device application layer.

    Abstract: An ESD failure early warning circuit for an integrated circuit is disclosed, including a positive voltage stress generation module, a negative voltage stress generation module, a buck module, a warning output module, capacitors C006, C007, and diodes D001, D002, D003, D004 and D005. The ESD failure early warning circuit can report a warning timely when there is an ESD event in the monitored integrated circuit, to improve the reliability of the device effectively. Moreover, the stress voltage generated by the positive voltage stress generation module and the negative voltage stress generation module is adjustable, so the stress voltage can be set flexibly by a user according to actual condition of the monitored integrated circuit. In this disclosure, a novel system and method for three-dimensional hand tracking using depth sequences is described. Some of the major contributions of the hand tracking system described herein include: 1.) a robust hand detector that is invariant to scene background changes; 2.) a bi-directional tracking algorithm that prevents detected hands from always drifting closer to the front of the scene (i.e., forward along the z-axis of the scene); and 3.) various hand verification heuristics.
