Abstract: An improved reusable gift wrapping system comprising a covering element (100), a fastening element (102) and an optional record keeping element (104). Whereby the covering element (100), typically comprising of supple material (110) will envelope a gift item closely surrounding the gift item taking on the gift item's shape and size. The fastening element (102) serves as an adjustable means of fastening the covering element (100) closely surrounding the gift item. Once a gift is opened, the releasable fastening element (102) ensures that all components of the gift wrapping system remain intact and ready to be used again. In addition, an optional accessory record keeping element (104) may be added to the gift wrapping system. The accessory record keeping element (104) serving as a means to labeling the current giver and receiver of the gift while keeping a historic record of the reusable gift wrap's journey.
