    Abstract: Various embodiments herein relate to apparatuses, systems, and methods for selective control of multi-station processing chamber components. In some embodiments, a method comprises: determining for a station of a plurality of stations, a number of deposition cycles to be performed; causing a first number of deposition cycles to be performed for each of the plurality of stations by causing a first plurality of control components associated with a first station and a second plurality of control components associated with a second station to be set to a first position; and responsive to determining that the first number of deposition cycles has been completed: causing at least one component of the first plurality of control components to be changed to a second position; and causing additional deposition cycles to be performed for the second station by causing the second plurality of control components to remain in the first position.

The purge volume is disposed beneath the processing volume. The bottom bowl includes a first surface having a first equalizer hole. A passage couples the processing volume to the purge volume via the first equalizer hole and an inlet. The passage is positioned above the first equalizer hole. The chamber base has a purge port coupleable to a purge gas line for supplying a purge gas to the purge volume. A baffle is disposed in the purge volume at a height above the purge port, and is configured to deflect a trajectory of the purge gas.

    Abstract: Apparatus, systems, and methods for controlling circulation of fluid to, and evacuation of the fluid from, an external fluid circuit for heat transfer. The apparatus includes a supply passageway for delivery of a liquid coolant to the external fluid circuit coupled to an external device, a bypass passageway having a venturi region that creates a suction force when liquid coolant passes therethrough, and fluid control means for selectively directing the circulation of coolant from the supply passageway to the external fluid circuit while stopping coolant to the bypass passageway, or diverting coolant to the bypass passageway while stopping circulation to the supply passageway and the external fluid circuit. A return passageway receives the circulation of coolant after passing through the external fluid circuit, and a suction passageway couples the suction force created by the venturi region to the return passageway, for evacuating fluid from the external fluid circuit.
