Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-executable instructions for verifying a chat bot. Registration information for the chat bot is received that includes keywords. Queries are submitted to the chat bot and responses to the queries are received. The responses are classified using a classifier. Verification that the responses are classified as approved responses are done. The registration information is stored and the registration of the chat bot is completed based upon the verified responses. A search query that includes a search keyword is received. The search keyword is matched to the keywords associated with the chat bot. Search results that include a link to the chat bot that are based upon the search query are provided.

Abstract: Aspects of the technology enable selective updating of search results and refreshing an entire webpage while minimizing the amount of information transmitted between a client device and a web server. The approach involves determining whether a change in a detected location of the client device would alter the search results or other portions of the webpage. Current and previously received location information is analyzed and compared against a threshold value, which indicates whether there would be a change to location-relevant information. A location signal is provided to the client device based on this analysis, which is used to determine whether to refresh the received search results, to refresh an entire webpage, or to not refresh either the received search results or the entire webpage.

The computing device identifies a first data set identifier in the response that signals the beginning of a first data set and edits the first data set to comprise a first keyboard stroke entry prefix understood by a second computing device as defining the first data set as a first particular type of data and a keyboard stroke entry suffix understood by the second computing device as defining an end of the first data set. The computing device identifies and edits a second data set. The edited first and second data sets are transmitted to the second computing device, where it processes the data sets based on the keyboard stroke entry prefixes and recognizes the end of the data sets based on the keyboard stroke entry suffix.

Abstract: The present disclosure describes method and system for notifying resource capability of user equipment. In accordance with the embodiments, the method includes determining an event related to one or more multimedia multicast-broadcast service (MBMS) service of interest to the UE in receive only mode (ROM) session when a system information related to MBMS is not broadcasted by a serving cell after transmission of an interest indication for MBMS service to the serving cell wherein the event indicates one of: (a) the UE is not interested in the one or more MBMS service through the ROM session; and (b) the UE is not in reception of the one or more MBMS service through the ROM session; and transmitting a ROM service interest indication for the one or more MBMS service through the ROM session corresponding to the determined event to the serving cell.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing colorblind-accessible versions of a color image are disclosed. For a given image, the pixel values as would be seen by a colorblind user are determined. Using these values, a corrected rendered image that appears to colorblind users as depicting a similar color scheme as the original image is produced and presented to the colorblind user. The proposed systems can be implemented with previously captured image data, real-time video, and as an add-on to other applications.

A payment system is integrated within a keyboard, independent of a messenger application. The IPS renders a payment interface element (PIE) on the keyboard. In response to a user input action on the PIE, the IPS automatically detects a recipient for a payment transaction during an interaction between a sender and the recipient, through the messenger application. The IPS automatically determines an identifier of the detected recipient and account information linked to the detected identifier for executing a payment transaction between the sender and the recipient. The IPS generates and renders transaction information within the keyboard for convenient user access.

Abstract: This apparatus, system, and method for preventing vehicle door related accidents will help to detect oncoming traffic and/or nearby external objects when an occupant of the vehicle or the vehicle processor demonstrates an intent to open the vehicle door, and it would generate an alert for the vehicle users, or generate an external alert for the outside users, or automatically stop the vehicle door from opening further if there was a possibility of an accident involving the vehicle doors or its users. This invention comprises of an internal alert mechanism to alert vehicle users about the oncoming traffic and/or nearby external objects. This invention also comprises of an external alert mechanism, which would generate alert externally that vehicle door is about to be opened. This invention also comprises of a feature to restrict the vehicle doors from opening further when there is a potential for door related accident.

Abstract: A natural language processing system that trains task models for particular natural language tasks programmatically generates additional utterances for inclusion in the training set, based on the existing utterances in the training set and the existing state of a task model as generated from the original (non-augmented) training set. More specifically, the training augmentation module 220 identifies specific textual units of utterances and generates variants of the utterances based on those identified units. The identification is based on determined importances of the textual units to the output of the task model, as well as on task rules that correspond to the natural language task for which the task model is being generated. The generation of the additional utterances improves the quality of the task model without the expense of manual labeling of utterances for training set inclusion.
