  • Patent number: 12277370
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media that support optimized product design processes. During the design process, information identifying a set of features for a product design are received and evaluated against machine learning logic to identify a set of components that includes components corresponding to the set of features. One or more candidate components may be identified as alternatives to one or more set of components based on the characteristics, and modifications to optimize (e.g., reduce cost, weight, etc.) the set of components may be determined based on at least one design metric and the one or more candidate components. A final set of components that are optimized with respect to the at least one design metric may be output.

  • Publication number: 20250029872
Abstract: Methods and systems for producing an interconnect via are provided. A conductive layer is produced on a substrate having an upper surface of a dielectric material with conductors or contacts embedded in the dielectric material. A dielectric layer is produced on the conductive layer. An opening is formed in the dielectric layer and filled with a conductive material to form a conductive via. The dielectric layer and the via are planarized to a common planar level. At least one hardmask line which overlaps the via is formed. The dielectric material and the conductive material of the via and of the conductive layer are removed in the areas not covered by the hardmask line, resulting in a conductive line having an interconnect via on its top surface. The interconnect via is aligned to the width of the conductive line. The hardmask line is removed and a planar dielectric surface is produced.

  • Patent number: 12154830
Abstract: A method of producing a gate cut in a semiconductor component is provided. In one aspect, an array of nano-sized semiconductor fins is processed on a semiconductor substrate. Rails may be buried in the substrate and in a layer of dielectric material that isolates neighboring fins from each other. The rails may extend in the direction of the fins and each rail may be situated between two adjacent fins. The rails may be buried power rails for enabling the formation of a power delivery network at the back of an integrated circuit chip. At the front side of the substrate, one or more gate structures are produced. The gate structures extend transversally, or perpendicularly, with respect to the fins and the rails. A gate cut is produced by forming an opening from the back side of the substrate, and removing a portion of the gate structure at the bottom of the opening, thereby creating a gate cut that is aligned to the sidewalls of the rail.

  • Publication number: 20240291836
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for data management are described. A system supporting malware detection may obtain event data such as risk scores corresponding to events associated with a set of computing entities. Using the event data, the system may construct a graph that includes nodes that represent the set of computing entities, and edges that represent the events, where the edges are between initiator and affected nodes and are associated with the respective event risk scores. Using the graph, respective node risk scores may be calculated for at least some nodes of the graph, and one or more anomalous nodes may be identified based on the one or more anomalous nodes having respective node risk scores that satisfy a threshold. The system may then output an indication of one or more computing entities corresponding to the one or more anomalous nodes.

  • Publication number: 20240086361
Abstract: In some examples, a data management system generates snapshots in a distributed file system based on a protocol or a user triggered event, The data management system identifies a snappable file in a distributed file system and a first data block in the snappable file, the first data block including data and attribute data. The system scans an index file to access the attribute data of the first data block and initiates construction of a patch file based on the accessed attribute data. The system repeats the scanning of the index file to access attribute data of at least a further second data block, the second data block including data and attribute data, and completes construction of the patch file based on the accessed attribute data of the first and second data blocks. The system generates conversion simulation information by collecting attribute data for all the data blocks of the constructed patch file, and writes the simulation information to a patch file image.
