  • Patent number: 10520922
Abstract: According to an example, with respect to decentralized supply chain for three-dimensional printing based on distributed ledger technology, three-dimensional printing constraints may be ascertained for a three-dimensional part to be printed, and a plurality of attributes for three-dimensional printers may be ascertained. The three-dimensional printing constraints may be compared to each attribute of the plurality of attributes. A determination may be made as to whether the three-dimensional part is printable by at least one three-dimensional printer or not printable by any three-dimensional printer. Costs associated with three-dimensional printing of the three-dimensional part and non-three-dimensional printing based manufacturing of the three-dimensional part may be ascertained. A determination may be made as to whether the three-dimensional part is to be printed by the at least one three-dimensional printer.

  • Patent number: 10412529
Abstract: A virtual reality (VR) audio rendering system and method using pre-computed impulse responses (IRs) to generate audio frames in a VR setting for rendering. Based on a current position of a user or a VR object, a set of possible motions are predicted and a set of IRs are pre-computed by using a Geometric Acoustic (GA) model of a virtual scene. Once a position change is actually detected, one of the pre-computed IRs is selected and convolved with a set of audio frames to generate modified audio frames for rendering. As the modified audio frames are generated by using pre-computed IR without requiring intensive ray tracing computations, the audio latency can be significantly reduced.

  • Publication number: 20190228099
Abstract: An interactive question and answer (Q&A) service provides pairs of questions and corresponding answers related to the content of a web page. The service includes pre-configured Q&A pairs derived from a deep learning framework that includes a series of neural networks trained through joint and transfer learning to generate questions for a given text passage. In addition, pre-configured Q&A pairs are generated from historical web access patterns and sources related to the content of the web page.

  • Publication number: 20190228319
Abstract: A code review process utilizes a deep learning model trained on historical code reviews to automatically perform peer or code review of a source code file. The deep learning model is able to predict the code reviews relevant to a source code snippet by learning from historical code reviews. The deep learning model is trained on pairs of code snippets and code reviews that are relevant to each other and pairs of code snippets and code reviews that have no relation to each other. The deep learning model is data driven thereby not relying on pre-configured rules which makes the model adaptable to different review environments.

  • Publication number: 20190191214
Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media for intelligent routing of notifications related to media programming. In one aspect, a smart television (TV) can be implemented to track a user's TV watching behavior, and anticipate programming based on that behavior. In some other aspects, the smart TV can be implemented to detect a user's presence, and based on that detection, can automatically change the TV channel to media programming analyzed to be desirable to the user. In some further aspects, the smart TV can be implemented to transmit notification instructions to electronic devices within a network in an attempt to alert the user to upcoming media programming. Additionally, the smart TV can be implemented to transmit detection instructions to the electronic devices within the network, whereby the electronic devices attempt to detect a user's presence through voice or facial recognition.

  • Publication number: 20180218168
Abstract: A method for linking user identifiers. The method includes receiving, by a linking server and from a company server, a first data structure comprising entries. Each entry comprising a user tag, a first hashed user information, and a second hashed user information. The method includes receiving, by a linking server and from a partner server, a second data structure comprising entries. Each entry comprising a bridge tag, a first hashed bridge information, and a second hashed bridge information. The method includes retrieving, by the linking server and from the first data structure, a first entry of the entries and retrieving, by the linking server and from the second data structure, a first entry of the entries. The method includes linking the user tag of the first entry of the first data structure to the bridge tag of the first entry of the second data structure to generate a first linkage.

  • Publication number: 20180142543
Abstract: A monitoring system includes a processor configured to receive sensor data from one or more sensors positioned about a mineral extraction system, input the sensor data into a model to generate a health index predictive of a future condition of a component of a blowout preventer (BOP) stack assembly of the mineral extraction system, and to provide an output indicative of the future condition of the component of the BOP stack assembly.

  • Publication number: 20170228768
Abstract: A method, includes receiving a first data packet with transaction data representing a transaction of a user at a storefront. The transaction data is parsed and decrypted to obtain a first identifier. The method further includes receiving a second data packet with interaction data representing an interaction with a content item on a resource. A log file is created that indexes the interaction data, including a second identifier. The transaction data and interaction data are compared, and it is determined if the first identifier and the second identifier are both associated with the user. The method further includes attributing the transaction at the storefront to the interaction of the user with the content item in response to the determination that the first identifier and the second identifier are both associated with the user. Conversion data is generated and stored indicating the attribution.

  • Publication number: 20110178833
Abstract: There are provided a method and system for optimizing of a long-term electricity resource plan. The system obtains a capital costs component value including capital costs for emission abatement retrofits at an existing power plant and a new power plant over a period of time. The system obtains a fuel costs component value including the sum of fuel utilization of all generating units in the existing power plant and new power plant over the period of time. The system obtains an emission costs component value including emission allowance costs and emission violation costs in the period of time.
