  • Publication number: 20170083870
Abstract: Social planning automation integrates planning, invitee, event, contact and other data into a single system. The creation of a plan for an event immediately anchors a communications thread to a plan object such that the communications and the planning information may be switched between during the planning process. Techniques to present events and/or plans of interest to a user are disclosed including presenting participation of contacts in their respective plans may be presented, and presenting events of interest based on plan data or data entered during the planning process. • Patent number: 9341023
Abstract: A first fluid is moved using a second fluid. The first fluid may be moved using a ferrofluid attracted by an electromagnetic field. The electromagnetic field may be generated by an electromagnetic source connected to a conduit, and the first fluid may move through the conduit. In an embodiment, the first fluid may absorb heat from a heat source and transfer the heat to a heat sink. For example, the heat source may be a component of a tool located in a wellbore, and the heat sink may be the wellbore. • Publication number: 20150375962
Abstract: A hydraulic elevator system includes a power unit and elevator controller where the elevator car is controlled within the hoistway when a portion of the hoistway might be flooded. The power unit includes a water tight tank having a ventilation tube or snorkel. A moisture sensor is connected with the elevator controller, and positioned within the pit of the hoistway. The moisture sensor detects the existence of a flooded pit condition and communicates such a condition to the elevator controller. The elevator controller initiates a safety sequence when the presence of a flooded pit condition is detected to prevent the elevator car from entering a flooded area of the hoistway.

  • Publication number: 20140058849
Abstract: A system and methods for generating dynamic market pricing that is fair for both publishers and advertisers and the use of the pricing in real-time auctions. When a user views content over the internet, an online publisher provides content to the user with executable instructions, which notify an advertisement source that there is an impression for filling by an advertiser. The impression is submitted to a real-time bidding market for competing advertisers to bid to fill the impression with an advertisement. The system and methods generate dynamic pricing for the individual competing advertisers and use the dynamic pricing to compare advertiser bids to determine a highest or winning bid and a clearing price associated with the highest or winning bid.
