  • Publication number: 20210383311
Abstract: This application relates to apparatus and methods for automatically providing item information updates to websites such as online marketplaces. In some examples, a computing device receives item update information from one or more retailers that sell items on the websites. The computing device determines differences between the item information updates and current item information. In some examples, the computing device determines the differences based on execution of one or more models, such as a neural network or machine learning model. The computing device then generates messages particular to each of the websites based on the determined differences. For example, the computing device generates a message to each website in accordance with a protocol supported by each website. The computing device then transmits the messages to each of the websites. In some examples, the computing device maintains a status of each update, and may display such status.

  • Publication number: 20210354266
Abstract: An abrasive blasting system and associated methods are disclosed. The abrasive blasting system includes a blast enclosure that receives a component to be blasted by an abrasive media. A dust collector is fluidly coupled to the blast enclosure and collects the dust from the blast enclosure generated by the blasting of the component by the abrasive media. The dust collector includes a filter and a fan having a motor. The filter is disposed upstream of the fan. The fan draws air and dust from the blast enclosure into the dust collector and draws air through the filter to separate the dust from the air. A sensor monitors a condition of the abrasive blasting system and generates a condition signal corresponding to the condition. A controller receives the condition signal and controls the fan based on the condition signal.

  • Publication number: 20210341094
Abstract: A crane block holder includes a base made of steel of a thickness of at least ½ inch with several holes cut or formed therein. Each hole has an inner dimension. There are several crane block support arms, each of which has an arm portion connected to a peg that has a shoulder. An outer dimension of the peg is less than or equal to the inner dimension of the holes allowing snug insertion. An outer dimension of the shoulder is greater than the inner dimension of the holes such that upon insertion of the pegs into the holes, the shoulder limits how far the peg can be inserted. By inserting two or more crane block support arms of the plurality of crane block support arms into selected holes of the base, the two or more crane block support arms support a selected crane block.

  • Patent number: 11157582
Abstract: The present invention relates to systems for communicating data. In particular, systems for communicating data to and from mobile devices are described. One system involves the use of a server to store the association between a shortcode and the data. A user device can be used to transmit the shortcode to a second user device. The second user device can then access the association at the server to access the data. The shortcode is transmitted via an audibly unique signal between the two devices. Further devices, systems, and methods for redeeming vouchers, transferring money, unlocking content on a device, and authenticating transactions all using audio are also disclosed. A method for managing data communication on a mobile device is further disclosed. In addition, a system for asynchronous transmission of the data is disclosed by use of reserving a shortcode at a server before the shortcode is associated with data.

  • Patent number: 11158560
Abstract: A thermal structure for dissipating heat from a semiconductor substrate has a semiconductor substrate having an external surface which may be roughened. An optional base layer comprising aluminium is formed on top of the external surface by a cold spraying process, and a top layer comprising a matrix of copper and diamond is formed above the substrate, and above the base layer if present, by cold spraying a powder mixture of copper and diamond particles. The top layer is thereby created as a matrix of copper formed by the deformation of the copper particles on impact with the underlying surface and a dispersed phase comprising the diamond particles embedded within the copper matrix. The resulting structure has high thermal conductivity and a coefficient of thermal expansion that is well matched to the substrate, and eliminates the need for a thermal interface material or paste.
