  • Publication number: 20260024108
Abstract: In some implementations, a device may be configured to detect an advertisement on a webpage. In addition, the device may be configured to replace the detected advertisement with a visually distinct placeholder within the webpage's content. The device may be configured to animate the placeholder to indicate the removal of the advertisement. Moreover, the device may be configured to remove the placeholder to render the webpage as ad-free to the user. Also, the device may be configured to detect an affiliate tag associated with a rewards program on the webpage. Further, the device may be configured to present a prompt to the user with options to: block the affiliate tag, retain the existing tag, or use an integrated rewards program. In addition, the device may be configured to receive the user's selection from the prompt. The device may include executing the user's selection to manage the tag accordingly.

  • Patent number: 12346927
Abstract: Systems/techniques for facilitating proxy objects for tracking processing of electronic coupon codes are provided. In various embodiments, a system can determine that a browser is performing a checkout on a frontend website. In various aspects, the system can cause the frontend website to instruct the web browser to transmit a validation request to a backend server, wherein the validation request identifies a coupon code and requests that the backend server determine whether the coupon code is applicable to the checkout. In various instances, the system can cause the web browser to append a proxy object to the validation request, wherein the proxy object fetches, during execution of the validation request by the backend server, an execution status of the validation request. In various cases, the system can receive, from the proxy object, the execution status and can initiate one or more electronic actions based on the execution status.

  • Publication number: 20250086694
Abstract: Methods and systems are presented for enhancing a merchant product webpage by providing additional content associated with a product being displayed on the merchant product webpage. A product catalog stores product records corresponding to data associated with different products. As a webpage is accessed by a user device, data is extracted from the merchant product webpage. The extracted data is used to identify one or more product records in the product catalog that are potential matches to the webpage. When multiple product records are identified, a remote server is used to access and interact with the webpage separate from the user device. Additional data is extracted from the webpage based on interactions by the remote server with the webpage. The additional data is used to determine a single product record for the webpage. The webpage is modified based on the single product record.

  • Patent number: 12067103
Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for iframe injection in mobile web browser applications for web browser extension opt-in. A service provider may provide a mobile application web browser extension, which may operate in conjunction with a mobile application web browser. The extension may interface with the web browser in order to determine data for browsed websites and user interactions and provide offers and savings to users during electronic transaction processing. In order to use the extension with the web browser, an opt-in preference and permission may be required. To provide this opt-in, the extension may cause the web browser to navigate to and load a webpage of the service provider. The extension may then inject an iframe that calls another domain, and a script of the extension executes in the iframe. The script may then infer that a permission has been granted.

  • Publication number: 20230277829
Abstract: An applicator for a microprojection array is described. In one embodiment, the applicator comprises an energy-storing element. Application of force causes the compressed energy-storing element to extend or transition from first and second configurations, releasing stored energy to deploy a holding member in the application which is configured to hold an array of microprojections. In another embodiment, the applicator comprises an energy storing element with two stable configurations, a first stable configuration and second stable configuration. Application of force causes the energy-storing element to transition from the higher energy first stable configuration to the lower energy second stable configuration, releasing the difference in energies of the two states to deploy a holding member in the application which is configured to hold an array of microprojections.

  • Patent number: 11172935
Abstract: A hand tool has a pivot connection pivotally attaching a first arm to a second arm, with the pivot connection fixed relative to the first arm and movable to first and second positions relative to the second arm. A spring urges the pivot connection into the first position. When jaws on the front ends of the arms clamp tissue with force greater than a pre-set threshold, the spring force is overcome and the jaws may move linearly apart, allowing for more uniform clamping of the tissue. The first arm may have an arm spring extending between a front segment pivotally attached to a rear segment of the first arm.
