A seal strip is joined to the suspension ring by breakable connection means, blocking access to a surrounding wall of the suspension ring, which is elastically deformable to unlock the retention ring.

The outer circumferential rib presents a semi-tubular shape, inferiorly opened and having: a radially inner edge which is joined to the upper edge of the peripheral tubular portion of the lid, by an annular step; and a radially outer edge. The outer circumferential rib carries, in its interior, an annular gasket to be seated on the outer peripheral projection of the neck portion, upon the fitting of the lid into the upper opening and the seating of the annular step on said outer peripheral projection.

The ring incorporates a lock means to retain the handle in the inoperative position. Each end portion of the handle has a through opening, supporting a radial pin and presenting a width, in the direction transversal to the extension of the handle, sufficient to tightly support, in said direction, the radial pin, and a length, in the longitudinal direction of the handle, sufficient to support the radial pin, both with the handle in the inoperative position, and with the handle in angular displacement from the inoperative position to the operative position.
