  • Publication number: 20250259502
Abstract: An electronic gaming device comprises a display and a game controller. The game controller sets a count limit for each reel bearing special symbols, the special symbols being borne by up to m?1 reels of a first set of reels. For each base game round, the game controller selects a plurality of symbols. For each occurrence of the special symbol within the displayed symbols, for the reel on which the special symbol appears, control the display to display an increment of a counter up to the count limit for the reel, wherein the count persists for the base game rounds. For a feature game round, the game controller further performs a wild reel substitution for each reel where the reel count satisfies an eligibility criterion to provide a second set of reels. A visual indicator of increased opportunities to win may be displayed for each established extended wild reel eligibility.

  • Patent number: 12374184
Abstract: An electronic gaming machine comprising a display device, a random number generator, a processor, and a memory storing instructions which, cause the processor to, in response to a feature wheel initiation condition being met: select, based on one or more random numbers dynamically generated by the random number generator, stopping positions for a plurality of feature wheels, each of the feature wheels being associated with a different feature event corresponding to a spinning reel, and each of the feature wheels comprising a plurality of outcomes at different stopping positions, wherein at least one of the different stopping positions corresponds to an outcome; control the display device to display spinning to the stopping positions selected; determine whether to provide an outcome from the plurality of outcomes; and upon determining to provide more than one outcome comprising the feature event, initiate a composite feature event.

  • Publication number: 20250104505
Abstract: An electronic gaming device is provided. The electronic gaming device may include a memory storing reel data defining a plurality of reel strips, each reel strip being associated with a respective one of a plurality of columns of symbol positions. The electronic gaming device may be configured to select, using a random number generator, symbols from a first reel strip and second reel strip for each symbol position of a first column and second column of symbol positions each having a base number of symbol positions, and upon determining that the symbols selected for the first and second columns of symbol positions both include a defined symbol of a plurality of defined symbols, set, for remaining columns, a number of symbol positions by adding a number of symbol positions determined using the random number generator to the base number of symbol positions.

  • Publication number: 20250095442
Abstract: A gaming device having a display and a processor storing instructions. When executed, the processor conducts a base game in symbols from reel strips are selected using a random number generator. When triggered in the base game with a first game play characteristic, the processor conducts concurrent game instances with the first game play characteristic and separate game outcomes for in at least two game windows using the random number generator. When an upgrade condition corresponding to a second game play characteristic is met in one of the at least two game windows, the processor conducts, for each game window, each remaining feature game instance of the plurality of feature game instances and an additional feature game instance with the second game play characteristic added with separate game outcomes for each game window.

  • Publication number: 20240395110
Abstract: A gaming device includes a memory, and processor that when executed by the processor to cause the processor to cause a selection of symbols to display in a plurality of columns of symbol positions, where the selection for each column is performed from a corresponding reel strip that includes symbols including award value symbols; cause a display of a current first award total stored in the memory and associated with a first column of symbol positions, and determine a threshold value for the first column. In response to the selected symbols of the first column including an award value symbol, the processor may increase the current first award total by a value of the award value symbol, determine if the current first award total meets or exceeds the threshold value, and if so, output an award that includes at least the current first award total.

  • Publication number: 20240378944
Abstract: An electronic gaming system including a memory and a processor is described. The processor is configured to cause a number of multiplier symbols to be accumulated during a first electronic game and for each of the number of multiplier symbols, provide a play of a second electronic game wherein the processor is further configured to cause display of a multiplier symbol in a first display area, cause display of a subset of the number of multiplier symbols in a second display area, cause display of an outcome associated with an output amount on a plurality of reels in a third display area, apply a multiplier value associated with the multiplier symbol to the output amount, and cause display of a next multiplier symbol of the subset of the number of multiplier symbols in the second display area.

  • Publication number: 20240321043
Abstract: An electronic gaming device comprises a credit input device; a display; an input device operable to receive player input and a processor. The display displays a plurality of symbols selected for display, and one or both of a first trigger symbol and a second trigger symbol as part of the plurality of symbols selected for display. After displaying one or both of the first trigger symbol and the second trigger symbol, the processor animates collecting one or both of the first trigger symbol and the second trigger symbol. After displaying both of the first trigger symbol and the second trigger symbol are collected, the processor initiates a first composite feature game incorporating at least one characteristic of each of a first feature game and a second feature game.

  • Patent number: 11961356
Abstract: A gaming device having a processor that selects symbols from a first set of reel strips for a plurality of columns of symbol positions, and from a second set of reel strips for a plurality of columns of symbol positions, and controls a display to display the symbols selected including displaying, at each symbol position for which a defined symbol is selected, the defined symbol with the symbol selected at a respective symbol position. Upon the symbols selected including a qualifier symbol, the processor randomly selects one of at least two different symbol replacements, and determines, using the symbol replacements, a replacement symbol for the defined symbol selected. The processor updates the plurality of symbols to incorporate the replacement symbol, and evaluates the updated plurality of symbols for winning symbol combinations.

  • Publication number: 20240087424
Abstract: A gaming device for dynamically configuring a composite feature game based on a first feature game and a second feature game. When the composite feature game is triggered, a game controller determines respective current states of a first feature game and a second feature game. The current state of the first feature game comprises a first unenhanced state that has a first unenhanced play characteristic and a first enhanced state that has a first enhanced play characteristic. The current state of the second feature game comprises a second unenhanced state that has a second unenhanced play characteristic and a second enhanced state that has a second unenhanced play characteristic. The game controller dynamically incorporates one of the first enhanced play characteristic and one of the second unenhanced play characteristic and the second unenhanced play characteristic into a composite play characteristic.
