    Abstract: A method of generating a correction plan for correcting a deformed bone includes inputting to a computer system a first image of the deformed bone in a first plane and inputting to the computer system a second image of the deformed bone in a second plane. Image processing techniques are employed to identify a plurality of anatomical landmarks of the deformed bone in the first image. The first image of the deformed bone is displayed on a display device. A graphical of the deformed bone is autonomously generated and graphically overlaid on the first image of the deformed bone on the display device, the graphical template including a plurality of lines, each line connected at each end to a landmark point corresponding to one of the anatomical landmarks. A model of the deformed bone may be autonomously generated based on the graphical template.

During processing, the edge ring shifts the high plasma density zone away from the edge area of the substrate to avoid depositing particles on the substrate when the plasma is de-energized.

    Abstract: A method includes flowing a carbon-containing precursor and a carrier gas into a processing volume having a substrate positioned therein, generating a plasma in the processing volume by applying a first RF bias to a substrate support to deposit a first portion of carbon film onto the substrate, and terminating flow of the carbon-containing precursor while maintaining flow of the carrier gas to maintain the plasma within the processing volume. The method also includes flowing a nitrogen-containing gas into the processing volume and ionizing the nitrogen-containing gas in the presence of the plasma, exposing the substrate having the carbon film thereon to the ionized nitrogen-containing gas for a time period less than three seconds, and terminating flow of the nitrogen-containing gas while maintaining the plasma and reintroducing the carbon-containing precursor into the processing volume in the presence of the plasma to deposit a second portion of the carbon film.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to semiconductor processing. More specifically, embodiments of the present disclosure relate to methods for seasoning one or more components of a process chamber. In at least one embodiment, a method for seasoning a process chamber includes depositing a seasoning film onto a component of the process chamber at a chamber pressure of about 4 mTorr to about 20 mTorr and a temperature below about 200° C. or about 200° C. to about 400° C. The method includes depositing a deposition film onto the seasoning film. In at least one embodiment, a method includes introducing a nitrogen-containing gas to the seasoning film to form a nitrogen-treated seasoning film. Introducing the nitrogen-containing gas to the seasoning film is performed before depositing the deposition film onto the seasoning film.

A second RF power is provided having a second frequency to a bias electrode disposed in a substrate support within the processing volume. The second frequency is about 10 MHz to about 40 MHz.     Abstract: Rather than relying on pre-defined scheduling of secondary copy operations such as backup jobs, the illustrative opportunistic approach initiates secondary copy operations based on changing operational conditions in a storage management system. An adaptive backup readiness score is based on a number of backup-readiness operational factors. An illustrative enhanced data agent which is associated with the target database application (or other executable component) may monitor the operational factors and determine the backup readiness score based on weights assigned to the respective operational factors. The enhanced data agent may evaluate recent backup jobs to determine which of the operational factors that contributed to the backup readiness score may have been most relevant.

The instructions rearrange 3D first and second bone models in order to mimic a weighted pose of the joint of the patient from a 2D image of the joint of the patient in a weighted pose by performing the steps of: generating a plurality of 2D projections of poses of the 3D patient bone model; comparing the plurality of 2D projections to contour lines of the first bone and the second bone in the 2D image; identifying particular 2D projections that best-fit a shape and size of the contour lines; and arranging the 3D first and second bone models relative to each other according to orientations represented by the particular 2D projections that were identified.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for operating a plasma processing chamber includes performing a plasma process at a process pressure and a pressure power to generate a plasma. A first ramping-down stage starts in which the process power and the process pressure are ramped down substantially simultaneously to an intermediate power level and an intermediate pressure level, respectively. The intermediate power level and intermediate pressure level are preselected so as to raise a plasma sheath boundary above a threshold height from a surface of a substrate. A purge gas is flowed from a showerhead assembly at a sufficiently high rate to sweep away contaminant particles trapped in the plasma such that one or more contaminant particles move outwardly of an edge of the substrate. A second ramping-down stage starts where the intermediate power level and the intermediate pressure level decline to a zero level and a base pressure, respectively.

    Abstract: Described herein are systems and methods in which a surgeon can use computer-implemented deformity assessment and correction tools to create 3D models of a bone. To ensure adequate healing, a surgeon may choose to use a prefabricated bone plate, a semi-customized bone plate, or a fully-customized bone plate to hold first and second bone portions in a corrected position. To select the appropriate prefabricated bone plate, the surgeon may identify three landmark locations on the first and second bone portions corresponding to desired fixation hole locations on the bone plate. The surgeon can then use a software application to evaluate multiple bone plate designs in a library and compare the average proximity of the landmark locations to fixation hole locations on each of the bone plate designs. Then, the surgeon can determine which bone plate design best fits the patient anatomy based on his comparison.
