The AR item generator engine also transmits instructions to the mobile application to present the virtual items on a map of the facility. Each virtual item is viewable in the mobile application via augmented reality at an assigned location in the physical facility. The AR item generator engine also monitors a route of the mobile computing device within the facility based on a transmitted location from the mobile device, and receives a notification from the application when the user has collected a virtual item.

The system generates operating profiles that balance optimal peak fire opportunities with optimal cold part-load opportunities within a maintenance interval or other operating horizon. During real-time operation of the assets, the optimization system can update the operating schedule based on actual market, ambient, and operating data. The system provides information that can assist operators in determining suitable conditions in which to cold part-load or peak-fire the assets in an optimally profitable manner without violating target life constraints.

A second mask may be used to create a vertical channel region abutting the horizontal channel region. The horizontal channel and vertical channel may each have multiple layers with varying doping concentrations. Angled implantations may use through the first mask to implant portions of the vertical channel regions. The window of the second mask may partially overlap the horizontal JFET region to insure abutment of the vertical and horizontal channel regions.

    Abstract: An improved, cost effective and shortened process of purification of the capsular polysaccharide of S. Pneumoniae, Group B Streptococcus, H. Influenzae, S. Typhoid and N. meningitidis is disclosed. The process includes a cocktail of enzyme treatment, tangential flow filtration, and multimodal chromatography purification. For Gram-negative bacteria, endotoxin removal process involves endotrap HD resin. This shortened process achieved the purity required by WHO/EP/BP for the use in human vaccine preparation, with simple steps and higher yield as compared to conventional processes. The steps of the process avoid use of organic solvents such as, for example, alcohol, phenol, and ultracentrifugation that are otherwise expensive and time consuming to perform, and/or health hazards for commercial use. This process disclosed is also simple, efficient, non-toxic, easy to scale-up, and environmentally friendly.
