    Abstract: Automatically locking belt roll-up device for safety belts, especially for motor vehicles, with a belt shaft which is rotatably supported in a roll-up device housing. The belt shaft has ratchet teeth and is under the action of a rewinding spring. A spring-loaded pawl is automatically locked with the ratchet teeth by force of the spring after the belt is put on. The pawl is additionally under the action of a delay device, which is released only after a predetermined time phase for effecting the locking process.

    Abstract: Mechanism in roll-up devices for safety belts in motor vehicles, where the safety belt which, addressed by one or more danger sensors, can be blocked via a belt shaft, is stressed in tension in the winding-up direction of the belt shaft by the force of a spring, and where, through control gates of plate cams, a locking device for the belt shaft is activated from the rest position against the elastic rolling-up spring force within a small range of rotation of the belt shaft in the pulling direction of the belt shaft. The belt shaft and two plate cams for influencing the locking device are in planet-gear-like functional connection with each other, where the antifriction bearing elements are arranged in a planet-gear-like manner and the belt shaft as well as the two plate cams are designed and arranged in a sun-gear-like and planet-gear-cage-like manner.

    Abstract: Deflector device with clamping device for a safety belt in motor vehicles in which the deflector is mounted on slider movable back and forth. The clamping device has a stationary jaw and a space swivelable jaw movable toward the stationary jaw to clamp the belt passing up between the jaws and then over the deflector surface. A spring normally urges the swivelable jaw away from the stationary jaw. An end of slider is disposed adjacent the swivelable jaw such that a belt pull sufficient to overcome the spring force will move the deflector device and attached slide causing the swivelable clamping jaw to swivel and move toward the stationary jaw clamping the belt therebetween.

    Abstract: Belt strap-clamping device for safety belts in motor vehicles which has a roll-up device with a belt strap which is rolled-up on a belt drum, and which can be rolled out against a spring-force. The belt from the roll-up device is partially wrapped around a deflection member with an arched deflection surface, hinged around an axis, and arranged after the belt drum. The belt strap works in conjunction with a clamping surface which is fixed in the fitting, such that the deflection member is moved when an increased force is applied, and the belt strap is clamped between the clamping surface and the deflection member. At a normal pulling out of the belt the deflection member is held at a distance from the clamping surface by the force of a spring. The deflection surface is formed by a sleeve-like deflection member, which is during normal operation freely rotatable on an eccentrically supported roller, which can be displaced on a predetermined angular path in relation to a clamping surface.

    Abstract: Safety belt roll-up device with a mechanism for blocking the belt roller in case of danger. A control disc rotatably supported on the belt shaft moves when activated by a vehicle-and/or belt-sensitive sensor arrangement relative to the roller shaft. A control pawl is eccentrically and hingeably supported at the roller shaft. The control pawl at the occurrence of the mentioned relative motion is moved by the control disc against the force of a spring, and is coupled with a control part which effects the engagement of a locking lever in locking teeth. The control pawl and the control disc can be coupled to each other by a drive-projection, which is arranged in the immediate vicinity of the control pawl-tilt axis at one of these parts, and extends into the motion path of the other part.
